10/14/2018	5:22 PM	Driving Complaint	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was dispatched to the area of US 42 near Alcott in reference to a semi-trailer driving compliant.  Officer made contact with the driver who showed no signs of impairment or distress and advised he was not swerving. 10/14/2018	6:04 PM	Driving Complaint	US Rt. 42 S	Officer responded to the area of US 42 and North Chillicothe Street in reference to a driving complaint. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with its driver, Leslie Randall. Officer learned that Leslie was currently under a 12 point BMV suspension. Leslie was given a warning for marked lanes and subsequently issued a citation for a BMV 12 Point Suspension and Operating a Motor Vehicle without a Valid License. Officer transported Leslie to McDonalds where she stood by for a ride. Her vehicle was towed to the Plain City Impound Lot. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
10/14/2018	9:41 AM	Non-Injury Hitskip	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury hit-skip crash. Upon reviewing the video from McDonald’s, Officer found there was no coverage of the north parking lot and that the possible suspect vehicle did not pass a camera upon leaving. Officer contacted complainant to advise her of this information.	McDonald's	Approved
10/15/2018	11:07 AM	Recovered/Found Property	North Chillicothe St.	Officer received a call from the Parks and Rec Director about a debit card that had been turned into her. 10/15/2018	8:05 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 N	Officer responded to the area of US 42 and Rickard Rd for a deer vs. vehicle crash. Once Deputy arrived on scene and Officer’s assistance was no longer needed, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
10/15/2018	8:31 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Carriage Dr.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a civil standby. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the caller. Upon speaking to the subject further she agreed for the caller to take custody of their son for the night. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
10/15/2018	11:01 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	Lantern Ln.	Officers attempted to serve a warrant at the listed location. We made contact with Jodi Williamson who had an entered (confirmed) warrant out of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office for a Probation Violation. Officer placed Jodi into custody and transported her to the Tri-County Regional Jail where she was booked in on the above warrant. See attached media for further.		Approved

10/16/2018	1:20 PM	Suspicious Person	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, Officer located the subject who provided Officer with a camping permit that he had purchased. 10/16/2018	5:00 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was approached by an anonymous complainant who advised they located two Belbuca 300 mcg films on the ground (see attached photo). Officer reached out to a possible owner, who denied ownership of the prescription. Therefore, the prescriptions were placed in the Rx Drop Box for destruction.	Plain City Elementary School	Approved
10/16/2018	3:07 PM	Suspicious Person	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the manager who advised that she did not want subject to come back to the store and requested that an Officer advise subject of such. Officer made contact with subject and subject that if he goes back, he could be charged for Criminal Trespass. Subject stated that he feels the same about the business and understood. Officer also made contact with Dollar General and advised them that subject had been advised.		Approved
10/17/2018	1:02 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Fairfield Dr.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. The caller stated that she could smell the odor of marijuana coming from inside the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer was unable to smell any narcotics coming from inside the residence. After finding nothing out of the ordinary, Officer returned to patrol.		Approved
10/17/2018	4:31 PM	Parking Complaint	Gay St.	Officer observed a red Toyota pickup parked on the bridge in front of the listed location. Driver apologized and stated she didn't realize that she wasn't permitted to park there. She moved her vehicle without incident and Officer returned to patrol. 10/17/2018	8:05 PM	Well-being Check	Madison Ave.	Officer was advised subject had called the police department multiple times but was not responding when attempting to speak to her. Upon arrival, subject advised she was attempting to contact the police because she wanted an Officer to stand-by when her sister got there to pick her up. Officer advised subject to contact dispatch a few minutes prior to her sister’s arrival and Officer would come back out. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
10/17/2018	10:38 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Friend St.	While off-duty Officer was backing his personal vehicle out of the far north parking space.  Officer drove slightly off the pavement and over the water meter cover. 10/18/2018	2:26 PM	Traffic Stop	West Main St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on silver Nissan.  Officer learned that the registration returned to a Chevrolet pickup. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Donna Radcliff. Donna was subsequently issued a citation for Fictitious Tags-Belongs to Another Vehicle (ORC 4549.08A3) and released. Donna’s vehicle was towed to the Plain City Impound Lot.		Approved
10/18/2018	12:44 AM	Well-being Check	West South St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a well-being check request by The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office.  Upon arrival, Officer was unable to make contact with anyone at the residence. A short time later Delaware County Sheriff’s Office advised that they had located the subject.		Approved
10/18/2018	1:41 AM	Suspicious Person	Alcott Dr.	Officer was on patrol when Officer observed two male subjects walking on Alcott Dr westbound towards South Jefferson Ave. Officer patrolled the area for several minutes before locating one of the subjects.  Officer asked subject if he was up to any illegal activity.   Subject advised he was not. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
10/18/2018	8:18 AM	Criminal Damaging	South Chillicothe St.	Officer met with complainant in reference to the tire on his van possibly being slashed. Officer explained that there had not yet been any reports, locally, of damage being caused to property. Officer took photos of the damage and returned to patrol.		Approved
10/18/2018	12:20 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	Lewis Cir.	Officer was met on station by complainant. Complainant advised that she had recently noticed that her handicap placard was missing from her vehicle. Complainant is not sure when or where it was taken from her vehicle but requested a report be completed in order to obtain a replacement.		Approved
10/19/2018	11:08 PM	Drunk Driver	East Main St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a hit-skip accident. Dispatch advised a male crashed his vehicle into a parked car, took off on foot and was being detained by several witnesses. Upon arrival, Officer located Melvin Oller Jr. on the ground near 281 East Main Street. Melvin was cited for OVI, Failure to Control, Obstructing Official Business and Hit-Skip.		Pending
10/19/2018	8:45 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	Officer received an anonymous call from an intoxicated male advising young child were being served alcohol at the listed address.  Upon arrival, Officer met with the owner who stated caller was extremely intoxicated and causing a scene at the establishment, so he kicked him out. Owner did not want Officer to make contact with caller about the incident.	Tavern 161	Approved
10/19/2018	7:32 PM	Theft - Felony	Wesley Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a scam complaint.  Complainant was advised to file a complaint with the AG's Office and also the FCC with any phone numbers that were associated with the transactions.		Approved
10/19/2018	5:27 PM	Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor	Fairfield Dr.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a possible assault/domestic violence incident. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with a subject who identified himself as Christopher Ford. An additional Officer arrived on scene and advised the subject’s name was actually, Gregory Ford. It was then found Gregory had a Felony Warrant out of the Union County Sheriff’s Office for Absconding. Gregory was placed into custody for the warrant and for Obstructing Official Business. Officer transported Gregory to the Tri County Jail and booked him in for his Warrant and Obstructing Official Business. Officer was able to make contact with the suspect, Samuel Ford, and observed blood on Samuel’s hands and clothing. Samuel was placed into custody by Officer. Samuel was transported to the Tri-County Jail and booked in for Domestic Violence. See case/ Media for further.		Returned

10/20/2018	8:23 PM	Drug Paraphernalia	West Main St.	Officer observed a maroon Dodge Ram pulling a black utility trailer.  It appeared the trailer lights were flickering in and out when the vehicle used its brakes also small branches were falling off of the trailer. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver and his passenger Jack Greene. Jack was issued a citation for marijuana paraphernalia see case for further. 10/20/2018	11:59 AM	Recovered/Found Property	Shepper Ave.	Officer was dispatched in reference to a wallet that had been found on West Main St. Upon arrival, Officer took custody of the wallet. Shortly after, Officer attempted to make contact with the owner but was unsuccessful. Officer then returned to patrol.  At 1430 Hrs owner of the wallet arrived at the police department and his wallet was returned.		Approved
10/20/2018	10:03 AM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	Red Knot Ct.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a noise complaint. On arrival, Officer observed numerous workers on the second floor roof and a sizable amplifier speaker playing music that was extremely loud. Officer unplugged the amplifier in order to talk with the workers. Officer then attempted to communicate to the workers that the music was too loud and needed to be turned down. Officer advised them that when they were off the roof to turn down the volume if they were going to power the speaker up. Officer then returned to patrol.		Approved
