We made contact with Aaron Applin who had an entered (confirmed) warrant out of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear on a traffic offense. Officer’s placed Aaron into custody and transported him to the Tri-County Regional Jail where he was booked in on the above warrant. See attached media for further.

Officer was dispatched to Cottonwood Court for a report of a white vehicle that had been driving back and forth on the street. The vehicle fled the area not stopping for the stop sign as Officer approached the vehicle with his cruiser. Officers we were able to learn the identity of one of the occupants. The occupant was able to confirm the identity of the other two suspects. See corresponding numbers for any additional information.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a blue Honda Civic traveling northbound on North Chillicothe Street near Pastime Park. The registration returned to Lyndsee Cody, a suspended driver. Lyndsee was issued a citation for No Valid OL and driving under an FRA Suspension. Lyndsee was released to her Mother, a valid driver. Lyndsee’s vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound lot.
