10/7/2018	10:59 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	North Ave.	Officers attempted to serve a warrant at the listed location. We made contact with Aaron Applin who had an entered (confirmed) warrant out of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office for Failure to Appear on a traffic offense. Officer’s placed Aaron into custody and transported him to the Tri-County Regional Jail where he was booked in on the above warrant. See attached media for further.		Approved

Upon checking the area Officer observed several marks in the grass where someone had driven through. This left deep marks in the grass area. 10/8/2018	8:21 PM	Criminal Damaging	East Main St.	Officer responded to McKitrick Park in reference to a criminal damaging complaint. Upon arrival, Officer checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle. There was no new damage located. Officer then returned to patrol.		Pending
10/8/2018	8:33 PM	Pursuit	Cottonwood Ct.	Officer was dispatched to Cottonwood Court for a report of a white vehicle that had been driving back and forth on the street. The vehicle fled the area not stopping for the stop sign as Officer approached the vehicle with his cruiser.  Officers we were able to learn the identity of one of the occupants.  The occupant was able to confirm the identity of the other two suspects.  See corresponding numbers for any additional information. Upon arrival, Officer did not locate the vehicle.  Later in the day, Officer made contact with the vehicle owner, at his residence, who advised that he had been at the Shell, but had not consumed any alcohol. 10/13/2018	9:42 AM	Warrant - Felony	South Jefferson Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to an anonymous tip that a wanted person was eating at the Der Dutchman. John Wolfe had an outstanding warrant out of the Union County Sheriff’s Office for a Parole Violation. John was placed into custody for his outstanding warrant.  John was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail by UCSO Deputy and booked in on the above warrant. See media for further. 10/13/2018	1:08 PM	Traffic Stop	North Chillicothe St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a blue Honda Civic traveling northbound on North Chillicothe Street near Pastime Park. The registration returned to Lyndsee Cody, a suspended driver. Lyndsee was issued a citation for No Valid OL and driving under an FRA Suspension. Lyndsee was released to her Mother, a valid driver. Lyndsee’s vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound lot. The vehicle plates were seized reference BMV Case: NC18101326. See media for further.		Pending
