She stated that a male had been calling in and asking for donations for the Plain City Police Department. Officer made contact with the male who stated he had been attempting to receive donations on behalf of the Union County Fraternal Order of Police. Officer advised the Plain City Police Department was not a member of the Fraternal Order of Police and to no longer ask for donations on behalf of Plain City Police Department. 8/7/2017	10:25 PM	Well-being Check	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer was requested to attempt to locate an individual in reference to a well being check. After speaking with the current resident and a neighbor who confirmed that individual did not reside there nor been at the location, Officer advised dispatch to contact Columbus Police Department back and advise them of the finding.
8/7/2017	12:47 PM	Well-being Check	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well being check. After speaking with the resident, Officer referred her to resources available in the community to help with some of her issues.

8/8/2017	8:40 AM	911 Follow-up	Villa Dr.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 hang up. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the resident who advised that everything was okay and he had not called 911. Officer checked the area and made contact with neighbors on both sides who stated no one had called 911.
8/8/2017	9:02 AM	Recovered/Found Property	South Jefferson Ave.	A credit card was turned in to the Police Department. Officer was not able to contact the property owner. 8/9/2017	12:28 AM	Drunk Driver	Lantern Ln.	Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a vehicle crash. After investigation, Tyler Wagner was arrested for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated (OVI), OVI Refusal, Failure to Control, and Full Time Attention.
8/9/2017	2:52 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	Jackson St.	Officer received a call in reference to a suspicious vehicle parked with two subjects inside the vehicle.  Upon arrival, Officer observed a silver Mazda MPV with two male subjects asleep inside. Officer made contact with the juvenile's parent and advised her son had been located and would be charged with a curfew violation. She advised she understood and apologized for the incident. Jacob Thomas was charged with Contributing to Unruliness or Delinquency of a Child.
8/9/2017	2:35 PM	Parking Complaint	West Main St.	Officer received an anonymous direct complaint in reference to a parking complaint at the listed location. The complainant stated that a gold minivan had been parked on the listed street for an extended period of time, exceeding one month. Officer contacted the owner and the vehicle was moved. The complainant advised that sometime overnight an unknown person damaged property that was in her back yard and wanted the Police Department to be aware of the incident.

8/11/2017	4:20 PM	Pursuit	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a red Pontiac Grand Prix. Steven L. Anderson was placed into custody for two felony warrants out of the Union County Sheriff’s Office for Probation Violation, two warrants out of the Champaign County Sheriff’s Office for Passing Bad Checks, and a warrant out of the Marysville Police Department for Passing Bad Checks. Steven L. Anderson was also charged criminally with Failure to Comply with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, and issued traffic citations for Speed, Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated, Non Compliance Suspension, No Valid Operator's License, Reckless Operation, Failure to Reinstate, Driving left of Center/Improper Pass, and Fictitious License Plates.

Officer was able to make contact with the resident who advised they were okay and would be returning home from vacation the next day. Officer then contacted the caller and advised her of the findings.

After speaking with the caller, Officer advised the caller to contact the Police Department where the juvenile was missing from and advise them of the issue. Officer advised the caller to contact the Plain City Police Department if he needed any additional assistance regarding the situation.
8/13/2017	10:13 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	Spaulding Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location to serve an arrest warrant for Tyler Smallwood. Tyler Smallwood was placed into custody without incident for a warrant for Underage Consumption from Dublin Mayors court and a Probation Violation from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.
