Officer received a direct complaint at the listed location
referencing a suspicious circumstance. She stated that a male had been
calling in and asking for donations for the Plain City Police Department.
Officer made contact with the male who stated he had been attempting to
receive donations on behalf of the Union County Fraternal Order of Police.
Officer advised the Plain City Police Department was not a member of the
Fraternal Order of Police and to no longer ask for donations on behalf of
Plain City Police Department.

reference to a well being check. After speaking with the current resident and
a neighbor who confirmed that individual did not reside there nor been at the
location, Officer advised dispatch to contact Columbus Police Department back
and advise them of the finding.

Officer received a call in reference to a suspicious vehicle
parked with two subjects inside the vehicle. Upon arrival, Officer
observed a silver Mazda MPV with two male subjects asleep inside. Officer
made contact with the juvenile's parent and advised her son had been located
and would be charged with a curfew violation. She advised she understood and
apologized for the incident. Jacob Thomas was charged with Contributing to
Unruliness or Delinquency of a Child.

minivan had been parked on the listed street for an extended period of time,

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a red Pontiac
Grand Prix. Steven L. Anderson was placed into custody for two felony
warrants out of the Union County Sheriff’s Office for Probation Violation,
two warrants out of the Champaign County Sheriff’s Office for Passing Bad
Checks, and a warrant out of the Marysville Police Department for Passing Bad
Checks. Steven L. Anderson was also charged criminally with Failure to Comply
with an Order or Signal of a Police Officer, and issued traffic citations for
Speed, Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated, Non Compliance Suspension, No
Valid Operator's License, Reckless Operation, Failure to Reinstate, Driving
left of Center/Improper Pass, and Fictitious License Plates.
