complaint. The complainant advised the past several days when he gets off of
the bus at the listed location, four or five girls keep yelling at him.
Officer was unable to locate the girls at that time but would provide extra patrol
during the times the complainant stated the incidents occurred.

an unruly juvenile. Upon arrival, Officers were advised that the caller's
daughter has been unruly recently. Officers spoke with the juvenile and
advised not to fabricate stories and to obey her parents. The caller was
advised of the process to file unruly charges if the juvenile’s behavior
continues.

possible telecommunications harassment. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the
caller, who advised her ex-boyfriend had been calling her all hours of the
day/night. Officer advised to contact her phone provider to get the telephone
number blocked and to contact the police department in the event of any
future incidents.

the last two weeks she has been receiving harassing calls from her neighbor
and several times he has come to her residence and pounded on the door until
she answers the door. The complainant requested extra patrol and the Officer

verbal dispute. The caller advised that they were arguing over car keys. The
caller then advised to disregard, he had the keys he needed, and did not need
to meet with an officer. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the involved
party. She advised the caller had left and that there was no violence or
threats made. Officer advised her to contact the Police Department in the
future if there were any problems.

loud noises followed by what sounded like glass breaking. Officer checked the

two minor misdemeanor citations for Possession of Controlled Substances and
Illegal use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

a vehicle turning and weaving at a high rate of speed. Officer initiated a
traffic stop with the vehicle a dark blue Ford LX. Jaylynn Cahill was
subsequently issued a traffic citation for Operating a Vehicle Under the
Influence, Operating a Vehicle under the Influence, Reckless Operation on
Private Party and was issued a criminal citation for Underage Alcohol
Consumption. Jacob Thomas was issued a criminal citation for Underage Alcohol
Consumption.

driving complaint/verbal dispute. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the
callers. They advised a black Chevy Impala was parked in the roadway and they
attempted to make contact with the driver to ensure everything was okay. The
driver of the vehicle then began cursing at them took pictures of them with
her cellular device then sped off. Officer searched the area but was unable
to locate any vehicles matching the description given.
