theft complaint. Officer made contact with the complainant who stated that
property was taken from his driveway. Officer checked the area but did not
find anything resembling the missing item at that time.

theft complaint. Officer made contact with the complainant and he stated that
he and his uncle were missing multiple items. Officer made contact with the
suspect and he stated that he was borrowing the items and was under the
impression he had permission to borrow them. Officer advised to return the
property promptly. Investigation pending.

unknown. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the caller. He apologized
and stated that he accidently pocket dialed 911. Officers determined
everything checked okay.

Officer responded to the listed address on the report of a
downed power line. Upon arrival, Officer learned that a power line was ripped
in half when a roofing crew hit the line with debris. The line coming from
the pole was in the roadway and Officers blocked the area until Ohio Edison
arrived to fix the line.

Officer made contact with a resident, who advised that a male
subject came to her residence and asked for money. Officer made contact with
the male subject at his residence and advised him of the complaint. He
confirmed the resident's story and apologized for any inconvenience. Officer
advised him that he needed to think of other avenues to ask for money without
going onto other people's property.

downed power lines. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the employees and
confirmed that he was not injured and waited for Engine 261 to arrive on the
scene. Officers stood by until Ohio Edison arrived on the scene and turned
off the power feeding the residence and assistance was no longer needed.

911 follow up. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the resident and
ensured that everything was okay. She said that her son had accidently dialed
911. Officer confirmed no one else was at the residence and everything was
okay.

neighbor dispute. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller, who advised he
was having problems with his neighbor’s children. Officer made contact with
the child and his mother and advised them of the complaint. After
investigation, all parties involved were advised to stay away from one
another and to contact the police department if any further incidents
occurred.

brother who advised he was there but was unaware he didn't have permission.
Officer advised the brother not to go on the complainant’s property without
permission or he could be criminally charged.

traveling above the posted speed limit. Officer initiated a traffic stop,
