4/17/2017	6:07 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. Officer made contact with the complainant who stated that property was taken from his driveway. Officer checked the area but did not find anything resembling the missing item at that time.
4/17/2017	6:37 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	US Rt. 42 N	Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a loose dog. Officer assisted the dog owner retrieve both dogs. The owner was warned for Animals Running at Large.
4/17/2017	3:35 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	Shepper Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference a theft complaint. Officer made contact with the complainant and he stated that he and his uncle were missing multiple items. Officer made contact with the suspect and he stated that he was borrowing the items and was under the impression he had permission to borrow them. Officer advised to return the property promptly. Investigation pending.
4/18/2017	5:57 AM	911 Unknown	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 unknown. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the caller. He apologized and stated that he accidently pocket dialed 911. Officers determined everything checked okay.
4/18/2017	9:50 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed address on the report of a downed power line. Upon arrival, Officer learned that a power line was ripped in half when a roofing crew hit the line with debris. The line coming from the pole was in the roadway and Officers blocked the area until Ohio Edison arrived to fix the line.
4/18/2017	12:46 PM	Fire	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a garage that was on fire. Upon arrival, Officers assisted with traffic control until the scene was clear.
4/18/2017	6:21 PM	Message Delivery	North Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location to deliver a message for the London Police Department to the resident. Officer was able to advise the resident of the message.
4/19/2017	4:45 PM	Well-being Check	Doe St.	Officer received a call with a requested well being check. Upon checking, Officer learned the resident was in an assisted living facility. Officer advised the caller that his father was being cared for.

4/19/2017	3:10 PM	Suspicious Person	North Ave.	Officer made contact with a resident, who advised that a male subject came to her residence and asked for money. Officer made contact with the male subject at his residence and advised him of the complaint. He confirmed the resident's story and apologized for any inconvenience. Officer advised him that he needed to think of other avenues to ask for money without going onto other people's property.
4/19/2017	3:43 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to downed power lines. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the employees and confirmed that he was not injured and waited for Engine 261 to arrive on the scene. Officers stood by until Ohio Edison arrived on the scene and turned off the power feeding the residence and assistance was no longer needed.
4/20/2017	4:50 PM	911 Follow-up	Willowbrook Ct.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow up. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with the resident and ensured that everything was okay. She said that her son had accidently dialed 911. Officer confirmed no one else was at the residence and everything was okay.
4/20/2017	7:50 PM	Neighbor Dispute	East Bigelow Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a neighbor dispute. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller, who advised he was having problems with his neighbor’s children. Officer made contact with the child and his mother and advised them of the complaint. After investigation, all parties involved were advised to stay away from one another and to contact the police department if any further incidents occurred.
4/20/2017	1:55 PM	Message Delivery	South Chillicothe St.	Officer received a request to make contact with a resident in reference to his boat. Officer made contact with the resident's wife, and advised her of the message. Officer made contact with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Officer and provided him contact numbers for the resident.

4/21/2017	11:00 AM	Trespasser	East Main St.	Officer received a direct complaint from a resident. She advised her brother was at her residence without permission. Officer spoke with the brother who advised he was there but was unaware he didn't have permission. Officer advised the brother not to go on the complainant’s property without permission or he could be criminally charged.
4/21/2017	2:27 PM	Marijuana	North Chillicothe St.	Officer observed a red Chrysler Pacifica that appeared to be traveling above the posted speed limit. Officer initiated a traffic stop, Brandon-Yasaiah Johnson was issued a traffic citation of Speed and a criminal citation for Possession of Controlled Substances.

4/22/2017	4:14 PM	911 Follow-up	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 follow-up. Officer made contact with the business owner’s manager. 4/22/2017	4:43 PM	Traffic Stop	South Chillicothe St.	Officer conducted a routine registration check on a tan Toyota Camry. Officer initiated a traffic stop. Desean Wright was issued a citation for No Valid Operator's License and Non Compliance Suspension.
4/22/2017	10:18 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Shepper Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a possible burglary in progress. The caller advised that she heard a loud noise on the first floor of her residence. Upon arrival, with backup, Officers checked the residence and found nothing out of the ordinary. Officers met with the caller and advised her of the findings.
4/23/2017	7:37 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an animal complaint. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller. After investigation the owner of the dog that got loose was warned for Dog at Large.
4/23/2017	10:34 AM	Vandalism	Madison St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a vandalism. Upon arrival, Officer met with the homeowner who advised a window and the siding to his house were shot with a BB gun. Investigation pending.
