Upon arrival the caller advised they had a protection order issued against the suspect. Upon further investigation Lori J. Lombard, 38yoa of Delaware, Ohio was charged with violating a protection order.
4/22/2014	9:30 PM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 E	On the above date and time, per the request of the Madison County Sheriff's Office, an officer assisted one of their units in searching the listed location reference to an alarm drop.
4/23/2014	12:50 PM	Attempted Scam	West Main St.	On this date and time, an officer met with a resident regarding a phone call they received at their home. The caller advised that someone with a foreign accent and a blocked phone number called him at home and attempted to act like their grandson. The caller took the appropriate action and disconnected the call.
4/24/2014	2:41 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	SR 161 E	On the listed date and time, an officer was flagged down and advised that a female walking eastbound along SR161E with a small child. Upon arrival the officer located the pair and it was determined they had a ride on the way to their location.

4/25/2014	11:30 AM	Solicitor	North Ave.	On the listed date and time, officers responded to the area of North Ave and E. First on the report of a suspicious person. Contact was made with a subject who was just dropped off in a car and was getting ready to solicit. They were instructed on the proper procedure to obtain a soliciting permit.
4/25/2014	5:15 PM	Driving Complaint	West Main St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the area of South Chillicothe Street and West Main Street in reference to a possible road rage incident. The second party was not present upon arrival.
4/25/2014	5:16 PM	Road Hazard	East South St.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the area of East South Street and Madison Avenue in reference to wires crossing the road. After determined the wires were cable the officer moved the line off the roadway and wrapped them around a telephone pole.

The caller advised that a black Toyota SUV was parked in the middle of the street. Upon arrival the officer located a black Toyota SUV parked along the edge of the street and the street lawn facing northbound, and discovered there were no parking violations.
4/25/2014	7:28 PM	Recovered/Found Property	North Ave.	On the listed date and time an officer was flagged down and given an ID card that had been found. The card was mailed to the owner.
4/25/2014	11:52 PM	Assault - Misdemeanor	Gay St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an assault complaint. Upon further investigation the victim did want to pursue charges against the suspect.

4/26/2014	2:02 PM	Dispute- Road Rage incident	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to a possible road rage incident involving a person displaying a firearm. Upon arrival the caller advised they were in a confrontation with another driver over a driving incident. The caller advised they exited their car and approached the other vehicle and the driver of the other vehicle displayed a firearm. The caller then got back into their vehicle and left. The caller was advised to contact the PD in the future and not to approach other vehicles and to avoid confrontations while driving. There was an insufficient description given to follow up with the second vehicle.
4/26/2014	5:08 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	Fairfield Dr.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to a loud noise complaint regarding gun shots. The officer patrolled the area and determined that the shots were coming from Butler Avenue.

Upon arrival it was determined the person was sitting in their car for the Wi-Fi connection they were receiving from the business.

5/1/2014	5:17 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	South Jefferson Ave.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a theft. It was reported that a customer had switched price tags on some items and paid a lower price for the items than had been marked. The customer was contacted and agreed to pay the difference and the business owner did not pursue charges.
5/2/2014	11:48 PM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious vehicle/person. It was discovered the person was taking a nap and the business owner permitted them to stay.
5/3/2014	9:58 AM	Assist Other Unit	Lafayette-Plain City Rd.	On the listed date and time an officer was requested by the UCSO to check the listed location in reference to a low hanging wire. Upon arrival the wire was located and the utility company was notified.

On the above date and time, an officer responded to the area of the listed location in reference to a complaint of a male subject going door to door, soliciting without a permit. Brendon K. Davis, 24yoa of Dayton was cited with Soliciting without a permit. He was instructed on how to properly obtain a permit.

5/6/2014	8:08 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Dickens Ln.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to the residents being locked out of their home. The officer was able to assist the residents in gaining entry to the home.
5/8/2014	12:39 PM	Warrant - Felony	Jackson St.	On the listed date and time, officers responded to the listed location on the report of trespassers. Upon arrival three parties were located on the property and upon further investigation it was discovered that Mark A. Jordan, 36yoa of Marysville had entered felony warrants for his arrest through Morgan County for GSI and Rape. He was taken into custody without incident and taken to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
5/9/2014	4:05 PM	Neighbor Dispute	Maple St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in regards to neighbor dispute involving a parking issue. Upon arrival an agreement was made between all parties.
5/9/2014	9:57 PM	Non-Injury Crash	West Main St.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a non injury crash. Upon arrival and further investigation Ronald L. Donahue, 69 yoa of Plain City was subsequently cited for failure to yield. A crash report was completed.
5/10/2014	11:28 AM	Alarm Drop	Whittman Ct.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon arrival a worker was found to be power-washing the residence that set the alarm off.
5/10/2014	4:58 PM	Theft	East First Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the police department to meet with an individual in reference to a burglary that occurred at the listed location. The incident was a theft and not a burglary and the reporting party did want to pursue the matter.

They advised the officer of a suspicious person at the listed location in all black clothing hiding behind some bushes. Upon arrival it was discovered to be a resident doing some yard work.
