4/7/2014	3:11 PM	Bomb Threat	South Chillicothe St.	On this date and time, officers responded to the listed location on the report of a bomb threat. The threat was written on the wall in the 2nd floor boys restroom. The building was evacuated and a thorough physical search of the building was conducted by technicians from the Franklin County Sheriff's Office Bomb Squad and two K-9 Units. The building was cleared and nothing was found.

Upon arrival it was reported that a male subject was playing a flute and appeared out of place, but a ride picked the individual up before the officers arrival.

The caller advised that there were two vehicles parked in the parking lot with their headlights on. Upon arrival it was discovered to be a custody exchange.

4/11/2014	1:56 AM	911 Unknown	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the area of the listed location in reference to a 911 hang up. Dispatch advised that the call was received via a 911 only cell phone and it was in the rear of the listed location. An officer checked the area on foot, while another spoke with parties who were sitting outside. The parties advised that they hadn't seen or heard anything out of the ordinary.
4/11/2014	6:50 PM	Juvenile	Gay St.	On the listed date and time, I was dispatched to the area of Gay Street and Bigelow Avenue in reference to a young group of juveniles throwing rocks out in the street. Upon arrival the juvenile were gone.
4/11/2014	10:11 PM	Suspicious Person	South Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. The caller advised that an unknown female wearing bright pink sweatpants had attempted to open his car door while it was parked in front of his residence. The caller advised that when he exited his residence the female than started walking eastbound behind the municipal building. The officer checked the area but was unable to locate anyone.

4/13/2014	6:10 AM	Theft Arrest	Central Ave.	On the stated date and time an officer observed a male enter the waste water treatment plant and fuel his personal vehicle.  Eric P. Diaz, 43yoa of Columbus, Ohio was charged with multiple counts of theft and possession of criminal tools. The suspect was transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
4/13/2014	7:16 PM	Recovered/Found Property	North Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, an officer had a lost wallet turned into them. Contact was made with the owner and the wallet was returned.
4/13/2014	8:47 PM	Driving Complaint	Central Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the area of the listed location in reference to subjects driving a go cart in the roadway. Upon arrival contact was made with the parents and they were advised to refrain from permitting the children to ride in the road.

4/14/2014	2:49 AM	Theft Arrest/Resisting Arrest	Doe St.	On this date and time, while on patrol looking for suspects possibly breaking into cars an officer came across a suspicious person/vehicle at the listed location. Jordan L. Miller, 19yoa of Plain City was arrested for  theft, criminal trespassing and resisting arrest. The officer located other items in the car and in the trunk that were stolen from vehicles in the area. The suspect was incarcerated at the Tri-County Regional Jail.

4/14/2014	1:41 PM	Dead on Arrival	Anderson Ave.	On the above date and time,  officers responded to the listed location in reference to a possible DOA. Upon arrival, and further investigation it was determined that a male, 62yoa had died due to natural causes.
4/14/2014	3:45 PM	Well-being Check	Shepper Ave.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on a well-being check. It was discovered the resident had been admitted to the hospital.
4/14/2014	5:08 PM	Non-Injury Crash	Perry Pk.	On the above date and time, an officer observed two vehicles on West Avenue just off of US Route 42S that appeared to have just been involved in a crash. Upon further investigation Margaret Kamoniski, 80yoa of Plain City was cited for failure to yield. A crash report was completed.
4/14/2014	5:50 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Washington Ave.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a civil standby.

4/16/2014	8:03 AM	Theft/Identity	Friend St.	On this date and time, an officer was met at the Police Department by a party in regards to an identity theft. It was discovered that someone had fraudulently used his social security number to file a tax return.
4/16/2014	5:00 PM	Solicitor	North Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the area of North Avenue and East First Avenue in reference to a possible solicitor. The caller advised that a white male subject wearing a green coat and brown baseball cap was going door to door carrying a metal clip board. Upon arrival, the officer searched the area, but could not locate the subject.
4/17/2014	7:04 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Jackson St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a civil standby.
4/18/2014	12:34 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	Doe St.	On the stated date and time, while on routine patrol,  an officer observed a vehicle running and parked near the middle of the roadway in front of the listed location.  The vehicle was occupied by four males.  Upon further investigation it was discovered the parties were involved in a game. Parents were notified and warnings were issued for curfew.
4/18/2014	2:16 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Willow Creek Dr.	On the stated date and time, while on routine patrol, an officer observed a vehicle parked in the driveway of the listed location with its parking lights on. The officer made contact with the resident and advised them.

4/21/2014	5:05 PM	Open Door	Lantern Ln.	On the state date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious circumstance. A neighbor called and advised the owners of the listed location were not home and their front door was wide open. Upon arrival the officer checked the house and determined everything to be fine.  The officer secured the front door before leaving.
