Upon  arrival, it was discovered that a vehicle had leaked a large amount of hydraulic fluid onto the roadway.  The Pleasant Valley Fire Department was requested and arrived on the scene.
1/30/2014	12:48 PM	Alarm Drop	Cottonwood Ct.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon my arrival,  an officer met with the key holder and determined everything to be fine.

Several patrons advised that they observed a small boy playing with the phone when leaving with his father. They advised the boy and his family left prior to our arrival. Upon determining everything to be okay, we returned to patrol.
1/31/2014	12:58 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer made contact with a person sitting in vehicle on a closed business lot. The officer inquired as to why he was parked at the business. The male stated that he met a subject through a relationship ad on Craigslist and was told to meet at this location.  The subject was advised to leave the area due to the business being closed and did so without incident. After determining everything to be fine, the officer returned to patrol.
1/31/2014	4:26 AM	Open Door	North Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, while on patrol an officer found a door at the listed location unsecure. After determining everything checked okay the officer secured the door and returned to patrol.

Contact was made with the neighbor and they advised they would have no further contact with the other party.

2/11/2014	9:34 PM	Driving Complaint	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint. The officer located the vehicle and came into contact with the driver and observed no indicators of impairment.
2/13/2014	9:14 PM	Assist Other Agency	Smith-Calhoun Rd.	On the listed date and time, dispatch advised that they had received a call from a Crisis Hotline in regards to a person harming themselves in the "greater Plain city area." Upon further investigation it was discovered to be a residence on Smith Calhoun Rd. MCSO requested the officers to respond since their units were not in the area. Upon arrival everything was determined to be fine and not an immediate emergency.
2/14/2014	12:36 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, officers responded to the listed location in reference to a possible burglary in progress. The caller advised they heard glass break and smelled something strange inside the residence. Upon arrival officers checked the residence and learned that a shelf in the bathroom fell off the wall. It contained several glass bottles with scented fluids, which broke upon impact with the floor. After determining everything to be fine, both units returned to patrol.
2/14/2014	6:47 AM	911 Unknown	West Main St.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 unknown. Upon arrival, the officer learned that a child had accidentally dialed 911 while playing on the phone.

2/14/2014	6:42 PM	Driving Complaint	US Rt. 42 N	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a driving complaint of a semi trailer swerving back and forth. An officer located the vehicle and observed that not all the wheels were in operation. The semi was stopped and the driver was made aware and parked the truck until it could be repaired.

Upon arrival and further investigation Megan C. Blake, 21yoa of Marysville was placed into custody and charged with Assault and transported to the Tri County Regional Jail. 02/18/2014- Upon further investigation Jeffrey S. Blake, 24yoa  of Marysville was arrested and charged with Felonious Assault and transported to the Tri County Regional Jail.
2/16/2014	12:48 PM	Assist Other Agency	Converse Rd.	On the listed date and time, an officer was requested by the UCSO to check the road conditions on Converse Rd. due to a complaint they had received about high snow on the roadway.
