2/13/2013	1:12 AM	Assist Other Agency	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	On the listed date and time, officers were requested by Ohio State Highway Patrol to deploy stop sticks out of a pursuit of a stolen vehicle that was northbound on Plain City Georgesville Road in the area of Amity towards Plain City.  Officers deployed stop sticks on Plain City Georgesville and Converse Huff. The stolen vehicle turned on Amity Pike and then went back south on US Route 42. The occupants were later apprehended.
2/13/2013	10:41 PM	Prowler	Lewis Cir.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible prowler. The officer checked the location on foot thoroughly and did not locate anyone.
2/15/2013	2:46 AM	Domestic Dispute	Gay St.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a domestic dispute. It was determined  there was no threats of violence, or physical abuse.
2/15/2013	12:51 PM	Driving Complaint/Emergency Medical Issue	West Main St.	On the above date and time, an officer was advised of a  white Buick traveling left to center several times on SR 161 East while heading west.  The officer located the vehicle in question on W. Main. The officer learned that the driver was having an emergency medical issue, and requested Pleasant Valley FD to the scene.
2/15/2013	4:39 PM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	South Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time, I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury accident that occurred off the roadway.
2/15/2013	6:01 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a loose dog.  The dog was taken to the PD but escaped the dog pen before the Dog Warden arrived.
2/16/2013	1:06 AM	Trespasser	North Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a trespasser complaint. Contact was made with the suspects and advised not to return to the callers property.
2/16/2013	10:42 AM	Assist Other Agency	Price Hilliard Rd.	On the listed date and time an officer was requested by the MCSO to assist a deputy on an alarm drop at the listed location. Upon  arrival the officer checked the perimeter and found it to be secured.
2/16/2013	11:50 AM	Alarm Drop	Lantern Ln.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an audible alarm. Upon my arrival the officer could hear what sounded like a smoke alarm inside the residence. The officer checked the exterior and there was no smoke or flames showing and Pleasant Valley FD arrived on scene.  The officer was able to make contact with the homeowner via phone and made entry, verify everything was okay.
2/17/2013	3:12 PM	911 Unknown	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a 911 hang-up. Upon arrival it was discovered an infant was playing with the phone.
2/17/2013	8:38 PM	Dog Bite	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the PV Fire Dept on a dog bite.
2/18/2013	1:40 PM	Theft - Misdemeanor	West Main St.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. Upon further investigation a suspect was developed and the business owner declined charges at this time.
2/19/2013	8:38 AM	Parking Complaint	West Main St.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on a parking complaint. Upon arrival, the officer was advised a red Honda was parked on the west side of the business blocking access to the underground storage tanks.  The owner was located and notified and they moved the vehicle.
2/20/2013	2:27 AM	Open Door	South Jefferson Ave.	While on routine patrol an officer located a door unsecured and checked the building and determined everything to be okay.
2/20/2013	2:46 PM	Alarm Drop	West Main St.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon my arrival, it was determined to be an employee error. After concluding everything to be fine, I returned to patrol .
2/20/2013	2:55 PM	Contributing	West Main St.	On the above date and time, while on routine patrol, an officer observed a male adult hand a pack of cigarettes to juvenile. Contact was made and the cigarettes were seized and the adult will be charged with contributing to the unruliness of a child Contact was made with the juvenile's parent.
2/20/2013	3:27 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Chillicothe St.	On the above date and time and officer responded to the listed location in reference to a large black K-9. The officer was able to secure the dog and hold for the MC Dog Warden.

2/21/2013	2:00 PM	Assist Other Agency	Converse Huff	On the listed date and time an officer was requested to check the listed in area to attempt to locate a vehicle that was leaving a residence from a possible burglary attempt. The officer responded and checked the area, but the vehicle was gone.
2/21/2013	6:28 PM	Harassment/Menacing	South Jefferson Ave.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to W. Bigelow St to meet with an individual that reported being harassed and menaced while at a business on Jefferson Ave.
2/21/2013	7:03 PM	Well-being Check	Smucker Ln.	On the stated date and time, I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a well-being check. Everything was found to be okay.
