On the listed date and time, officers were requested by Ohio State Highway Patrol to deploy stop sticks out of a pursuit of a stolen vehicle that was northbound on Plain City Georgesville Road in the area of Amity towards Plain City.  Officers deployed stop sticks on Plain City Georgesville and Converse Huff. The stolen vehicle turned on Amity Pike and then went back south on US Route 42. The occupants were later apprehended.

On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible prowler. The officer checked the location on foot thoroughly and did not locate anyone.

On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a domestic dispute. It was determined  there was no threats of violence, or physical abuse.

On the above date and time, an officer was advised of a  white Buick traveling left to center several times on SR 161 East while heading west.  The officer located the vehicle in question on W. Main. The officer learned that the driver was having an emergency medical issue, and requested Pleasant Valley FD to the scene.

On the stated date and time, I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a non-injury accident that occurred off the roadway.

On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a loose dog.  The dog was taken to the PD but escaped the dog pen before the Dog Warden arrived.

On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a trespasser complaint. Contact was made with the suspects and advised not to return to the callers property.

On the listed date and time an officer was requested by the MCSO to assist a deputy on an alarm drop at the listed location. Upon  arrival the officer checked the perimeter and found it to be secured.

On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an audible alarm. Upon my arrival the officer could hear what sounded like a smoke alarm inside the residence. The officer checked the exterior and there was no smoke or flames showing and Pleasant Valley FD arrived on scene.  The officer was able to make contact with the homeowner via phone and made entry, verify everything was okay.

On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a theft complaint. Upon further investigation a suspect was developed and the business owner declined charges at this time.

On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on a parking complaint. Upon arrival, the officer was advised a red Honda was parked on the west side of the business blocking access to the underground storage tanks.  The owner was located and notified and they moved the vehicle.

On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon my arrival, it was determined to be an employee error. After concluding everything to be fine, I returned to patrol .
