1/19/2013	1:21 AM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 E	On the stated date and time a subject flagged an officer down and advised he was traveling on SR 161 and almost hit a subject who was walking in the road. The officer located the subject for MCSO and they arrived and arrested the person for disorderly conduct while intoxicated.

Upon my arrival the officer found that the crash occurred in front of the Plain City Library. Shawn Yaktin, 19yoa of Unionville was issued a citation for driving left of center.

1/22/2013	1:05 AM	Alarm Drop	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, officer responded to the listed location on an alarm drop. Everything checked secure upon arrival.
1/22/2013	9:39 AM	Fire Support	East Main St.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed address with the fire department on the report of an ill person. The resident was transported by the medics and the officer remained at the residence with a child for a short time until family members arrived to care for him.

Upon further investigation the other party was contacted and it was believed to be a misunderstanding and arrangements were made with the manager to make payment.
1/22/2013	7:57 PM	Well-being Check	SR 161 E	On the above date and time, dispatch advised that they received a third party complaint that there was a tent erected in the woods by the bridge on SR 161 in the area of the Big Darby Creek. The complainant was concerned due to the extreme cold weather and was worried that someone maybe staying in the tent. Upon my arrival,  an officer searched the  area and McKitrick Park, but was not able to locate a tent.

1/25/2013	8:03 AM	Alarm Drop	South Jefferson Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon arrival, it was determined to be an employee error.
1/25/2013	12:27 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	West Main St.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of a possible counterfeit bill. Upon further investigation it was determined the currency was not counterfeit.

1/27/2013	7:50 PM	Fight	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, officers responded to the listed location in reference to a fight.  Donald L. Wears, 49yoa of Plain City and Zachary Ballenger, 23yoa of Plain City were charged with Disorderly Conduct.
1/27/2013	7:50 PM	Warrant - Felony	West Main St.	On the stated date and time, while investigating a  fight complaint at the listed location,  officers learned that Zachary Ballenger had an entered felony warrant for his arrest out of the Franklin County Common Pleas Court.  Zachery was placed into custody without incident and transported to Dublin where he was turned over to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office.

The reporting party did not wish to pursue charges and contact was made with the suspect and they were warned not to return to the property or possibly face criminal trespassing charges.

2/4/2013	7:34 AM	OVI/Resisting	US Rt. 42 N	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to US Route 42N in the area of Rickard Rd. to investigate a crash. Upon arrival and further investigation the driver Cole Marble, 18yoa of Plain City was arrested and charged with Failure to Control, OVI, Obstructing Official Business, Resisting Arrest and Drug Paraphernalia and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
2/4/2013	11:40 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	North Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the parking lot of the listed location in reference to a subject cleaning the lot there and being very noisy. The party was advised of the compliant and they agreed to stop for the evening.

The officer was unable to locate the caller. It was determined that this occurred in Dublin, Ohio and not in Plain City.
