Subsequently, Janet Zook, 38, of Plain City, was issued a citation for Right of Way-When Turning Left. One individual was transported to the hospital by Medic 261.

After further investigation, Colton Marcum, 27, of Obetz has been charged with Domestic Violence and an arrest warrant has been issued.
