10/28/2018	12:05 AM	Domestic Violence - Misdemeanor	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was on patrol when flagged down near the listed location reference a domestic violence altercation. Officer made contact with subject who advised he was just involved in a domestic violence altercation with his live-in girlfriend, Samantha Bertram. She was arrested for Domestic Violence and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.  Officer transported subject to the police department where he provided a written statement. 10/29/2018	12:15 AM	Curfew	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was on patrol when he observed a suspicious vehicle at the listed location. Officer then made contact with two juveniles who advised they were just hanging out at the park. They were advised they were in violation of curfew. During the investigation, it was found out that the female juvenile had actually provided a false name and date of birth because she was "trying to get out of trouble." 10/29/2018	10:20 AM	Theft - Felony	West Main St.	Officer was met on station by complainant who advised that this morning she had learned that her husband's debit card was fraudulently used at three locations outside of Plain City recently. Officer advised complainant that a report would be taken, but as these transactions occurred outside of Plain City, she would need to contact those jurisdictions to investigate.		Approved
10/29/2018	3:50 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious circumstance complaint.  The caller stated that he had received a package on his doorstep from UPS, but stated that no one in his household had ordered the item and it was not charged to any of his accounts. Officer advised caller to monitor all of his accounts and to contact the Police Department if he noticed anything out of the ordinary or if any new packages arrive. Officer made contact with an employee of the business who stated that a customer had turned in several cards that appeared to have fallen out of a wallet. 10/31/2018	7:08 PM	Injury Crash	Perry Pk.	Officer was dispatched to the intersection of Perry Pike and South Jefferson Avenue in reference to a possible injury accident. Officer made contact with the driver of a red 2000 Ford Taurus who  traveled through the intersection and was struck by a 2011 Silver Kia Sorento.  Subject of the Ford Taurus was issued a citation for Red Light Violation PC ORD (313.03C1) and Juvenile Traffic Offender (ORC 2152.02N) and released to his mother.  Both vehicle sustained disabling damage and were towed from the scene. Upon conducting a routine registration check of the vehicle, Officer learned that the registration returned to a black Ford Explorer.  Officer made contact with the driver who stated that he purchased the truck a few months ago and didn't register it. Officer advised him that the vehicle needed to be parked at his residence and not to be driven on the roadway until is it properly registered. Officer then made contact with homeowner who advised the vehicle belongs to a friend who was not currently there. Homeowner then retrieved the keys and turned the light off. Upon observing the damage Officer noticed the tie rod had snapped. Officer requested a tow truck to assist with getting the vehicle owner and her vehicle home.  Officer then returned to patrol. The registration returned to, Michaela Ellis, a suspended driver. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle made contact with the vehicle occupants. The vehicle driver, Michaela Ellis was issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL, Failure to Reinstate, and License Forfeiture Suspension.
