Officer was dispatched to the intersection of SR 161 and US 42 in reference to a non-injury crash.  
James Rogers stated he failed to stop for a red light.  The blue Nissan pickup truck that was traveling eastbound on SR 161 struck the left tire of the trailer that was in the intersection.  James was issued a citation for Red Light Violation (PC Ord. 313.03c1) and a crash report completed.

Warrant - Misdemeanor
North Chillicothe St.
While on patrol Officer initiated a traffic stop for speed and made contact with the vehicle driver, Charles Snyder and his passenger Kenneth Czarnecki. After further investigation, it was found that Kenneth had a confirmed warrant out of the Marysville Police Department for failure to appear on a narcotic equipment charge. It was also found Charles did not have a valid driver’s license.  Kenneth was placed in custody for the above warrant and was released to the Marysville Police Department. Charles was issued a citation for driving under a License Forfeiture Suspension (ORC 4510.111A) and No Valid OL (4510.12A1). Charles was given a verbal warning for speed. The vehicle was driven off by a valid driver. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer observed a blue Nissan parked at the entrance of the listed location. Officer made contact with the vehicle’s driver and his passenger. Officer advised both parties that the school was closed and they could not be on the property after hours. They stated that they understood and would park in front of the passenger’s residence. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location on the report of a non-injury crash. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with vehicle driver of a black Chevy Silverado and Jessica Barlage, who was driving a gray 2011 Ford Fusion.  Jessica advised that she did not slow quickly enough and hit the right rear bumper of the truck. Jessica was issued a citation for ACDA (PC Ord. 333.03A) and her vehicle had to be towed from the scene. See corresponding numbers for further information.

Officer attempted to make contact with the vehicle owner but was unable to make contact. Officer secured the door to the vehicle and left a business card on the driver seat. Officer then returned to patrol.

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject who stated that her vehicle had run out of gas and all the stations nearby were closed. Officer provided subject with enough gas to start her vehicle and park it at her father’s residence. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a white Chrysler 300. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver/owner, Chad Gonzales, suspended driver.  Chad was issued a citation for driving under a Non-Compliance Suspension (ORC 4510.16a) and No Valid OL (ORC 4510.12A1). The vehicle was transported to the Plain City Police Dept. impound lot by Kirby’s Towing.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person/vehicle. The complainant advised a black Dodge Charger was parked in the lot for a long time and she did not recognize it. Officer’s made contact with the vehicle owner and her passenger.  After further questioning, the vehicle owner and her passenger were advised they were free to leave.

Officer received a call at the police department from complainant who stated that there was a white female walking in the woods near South Chillicothe Street again. Officer located subject at her residence who admitted that it was her.  Dispatch was able to contact her son who arrived a short time later and stated that he would stay with her for a while and calm her down.  Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer was dispatched to SR 161 in reference a suspicious circumstance on behalf of Madison Co. Sheriff’s Office. Dispatch advised that empty television boxes were left on the roadside. Officer was able to contact the owner and advised to pick up the debris or risk a charge for Littering. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officers then made contact with the caller who advised she recently broke up with her boyfriend who showed up knocking on the door.  Officer advised subject to leave caller alone and to not come back to the listed location.

Officers attempted to service a warrant at the listed location. We made contact with Tyler Smallwood who had a warrant out of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office for a parole violation. Officer placed Tyler into custody and transported him to the Tri-County Regional Jail where he was booked in on the above warrant. See attached media for futher.

Officer conducted a routine registration check on a maroon Chevy Silverado.  The registration returned to Charles Hoffman Jr., a suspended driver. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the driver/owner Charles Hoffman Jr. and advised him why he was stopped.  Officer also made contact with the front seat passenger, Heather Hoffman. After further investigation, it was found Heather had a confirmed warrant out of the Union County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a disorderly conduct charge. Charles was issued a citation for Non-Compliance Suspension x2 and No valid OL. Heather was transported to the Tri-County Jail and booked in on the above warrant.

Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant who stated she was receiving Facebook Messenger messages from two subjects. The messages were not threatening in nature, but complainant requested that Officer contact subjects to stop all contact with her.  Officer made contact with subject advised her of complainant’s request. She was also advised to deliver the message to her husband as well. Subject was advised of the possible consequences if they contacted complainant.

The woman got back into her SUV without the dog and left the area in an unknown direction of travel. The caller did not want to see an officer. Officer patrolled the area but did not locate a vehicle matching that description.

On the stated date and time, UCSO Deputies and PC Officer were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a verbal dispute. Upon arrival Officer and Deputies met with Tiffani Capozzi and two other subjects. After further investigation, it was found that Tiffani had a full extradition warrant out of the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office (Florida) for violation of drug offender probation. Officer then placed Tiffani in custody in reference to the above warrant. Tiffani was also issued a citation for marijuana drug paraphernalia. Officer transported Tiffani to the Tri-County Regional Jail where she was booked in on the above warrant. See media for further.

On the stated date and time, I was dispatched in the area of East Main Street near East Bigelow Avenue in reference to a road hazard. Upon arrival with the Street, Department Officer observed a large piece of asphalt lying on the eastbound portion of the roadway. The asphalt came from the road surface creating a pothole. The street department disposed of the asphalt and filled the pothole. Officer then returned to patrol.

On the stated date and time, Complainant met with Officer at the Police Department to report a theft that occurred at the listed location. Subject advised that a carton of Marlboro Cigarettes, a Dewalt 18V drill, a bag of loose change ($30.00-$40.00), a maroon hooded sweatshirt and a Garmin GPS were stolen from his vehicle a black Ford F150 that was parked in the driveway of the listed location. Officer advised subject that the Police department would increase patrol in the area. Subject was advised to contact the Police department if he sees anything or anyone out of the ordinary. Officer then returned to patrol.
