The anonymous complainant advised dispatch that there was a subject who was having trouble walking and two people were trying to help them. Upon arrival the officer could not locate anyone in the area having difficulty but made contact with two people who advised they had just assisted their intoxicated family member into the residence.

The anonymous complainant advised that the residents there have been up all night partying and that they had been outside being loud. Contact was made with the residents and they were given warnings for their actions.

The complainant advised that a vehicle was parked right in the middle of the parking lot, which would prevent their patients from being able to park. They advised they had allowed an adult male to shovel their driveway and the male returned wanting money in advance for the next snowfall. Contact was made with the other party and they were advised not to return to the residence.

On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a criminal damaging incident. The reporting parting advised that their driver's side mirror appeared to be damaged and there appeared to be white paint on their car door. The reporting party also advised that  they were accosted in the store by an acquaintance. After checking the vehicle it was discovered that the mirror was not damaged and that there was not paint on the vehicle. The store manager witnessed the actions of the other party and requested the officer to make contact with the other individual and advise them they were no longer welcome at the location. Contact was made and a notice was given to the second party not to return to the location.

Upon arrival the officer found a silver Chrysler 300 in the ditch on the south side of North Chillicothe Street. It was discovered that no damage had occurred and a tow truck was summonsed to remove the vehicle from the ditch.

The complainant, who wished to remain anonymous, stated that there was a lot of yelling coming from inside the apartment. Upon arrival it was discovered that an intoxicated male was upset while attempting to complete a home-repair and was yelling.  The male was warned for his actions and he was left in the care of his spouse.

On the listed date and time while on patrol an officer observed a person dressed in all black with a black hood pulled up walk south bound on Smith Place and then west bound on West Main Street. The person was walking very slow and appeared to be shuffling. The officer made contact and determined that everything was okay.

On the above date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a complaint of loud noises that sounded like gun shots. Upon arrival the officer spoke with the caller who advised that while they were in their garage they heard what sounded to be five gun shots from somewhere in the neighborhood. The officer patrolled the area thoroughly, but was not able to locate the source of the noise.

A neighbor stated that no one was supposed to be at the residence and she could hear noises through the wall. Upon arrival the officer checked the residence and found it to be secure.

Upon arrival an officer spoke with a daughter who advised that the vehicle was taken approximately 4-6 weeks ago from Sullivant Ave in Columbus, Ohio. An officer spoke with the vehicle owner (father) who did not wish to pursue the matter at this time because it was believed his son may have the vehicle. The father was advised that since the theft occurred in Columbus, Ohio he would need to contact them for a report if he wanted to pursue the issue.

On the above date and time an officer responded to 161 East in reference to a driving complaint. The officer made contact with the driver and determined everything was fine.

US Rt. 42 N
On the listed date and time an officer responded to US Route 42 in reference to a white minivan that was "swerving all over the road." The officer located the van northbound on US Route 42N near North Chillicothe Street and observed the vehicle following the vehicle in front of it very closely (heavy snow conditions). The officer initiated a traffic stop with the van and advised the driver, David Gibson, Jr., the reasons he was being stopped. The officer spoke with the caller who advised that the van had passed their vehicle and then began tailgating the vehicle in front of him. He also said that the van spun out and ended up in someone's front yard. He was able to drive away and was still in between the caller and the vehicle he was tailgating. The complainant advised that is when he reported the driving to police. Mr. Gibson was issued a citation for Following too Closely.  (Note: The roads were completely snow covered and the area was under a blizzard warning at the time of this incident.)

Upon arrival an officer  located the four-wheeler parked in the yard next to a residence on Church St.  The officer made contact with the listed person and advised him of the complaint and gave them a warning for their actions.
