12/28/2012	5:35 PM	Assist Other Agency	North Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer was requested by a Madison County Deputy to make contact with a resident in reference to a disabled vehicle in the county.
12/28/2012	10:00 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	North Ave.	On the above date and time officers responded to the listed location in reference to a possible domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was determined to be a group of people being loud and not a domestic.

12/29/2012	4:39 AM	Suspicious Person	Stenner Ct.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to someone reportedly knocking on the front door. There were no tracks in the fresh snow and contact was made with the resident to reassure that everything checked out.
12/29/2012	5:21 PM	911 Unknown	South Jefferson Ave.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the Der Dutchman in reference to a 911 unknown from a cellular phone. Officer made contact with the caller and determined it was accidental.
12/29/2012	11:12 PM	Driving Complaint	West Main St.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in regards to a complaint of a dark colored vehicle traveling east bound with no headlights and had crossed the center line. Upon the officers arrival they were unable to locate the vehicle.
12/30/2012	2:53 AM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 S	On the stated date an officer was notified by a passing motorist of a white Chevy Suburban in the ditch at the listed location south of the village. Officer responded and located vehicle.
12/30/2012	12:09 PM	Trespasser	North Ave.	On the listed date and time, officers responded to the listed location in reference to a male that has been coming around asking for money. Contact was made with the male and he was advised to cease his actions.
12/30/2012	4:42 PM	Open Door	Church St.	On the stated date and time, while on routine patrol, an officer observed a storage container on the north side of the listed location to be open.  The container was checked and secured and the key-holder was informed.
12/30/2012	7:09 PM	Domestic Dispute	East Bigelow Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Both parties denied any threats or physical altercation. The parties agreed to separate for the evening.
12/30/2012	10:28 PM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	Park St.	On this date and time, an officer responded to park street on a noise complaint. Upon arrival the source of the noise was no longer present.
12/31/2012	3:26 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Lantern Ln.	On the above date and time, an officer observed a dark green SUV in the drive with the lights on. The officer made contact with the resident who had accidently left the lights on.
1/1/2013	12:19 AM	Fireworks	North Ave.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed area in reference to a fireworks complaint. Upon arrival to the area the officer was unable to locate the source of the complaint and did not hear any fireworks going off.
1/1/2013	1:02 AM	Drunk	North Ave.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person. The anonymous complainant advised dispatch that there was a subject who was having trouble walking and two people were trying to help them. Upon arrival the officer could not locate anyone in the area having difficulty but made contact with two people who advised they had just assisted their intoxicated family member into the residence.

On the above date and time officers responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute at the request of the Union County Sheriff's Office. Upon arrival it was determined that no violence or threats had been made and that one of the parties was leaving the residence.
1/1/2013	2:45 AM	Non-Injury Crash/Private Property	Friend St.	On the listed date and time, a vehicle proceeded to turn around in the police department parking lot and while doing so backed into the front end of the Police Department's Toyota Scion, damaging the right front headlight and hood. Insurance information was obtained and a report was taken.
1/1/2013	3:47 AM	Drunk Driver	North Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, an officer initiated a traffic stop on N. Chillicothe Street for a moving violation. Andrew D Hunter, 32yoa of Plain City was subsequently arrested and charged with OVI and Super concentration..
1/1/2013	7:00 AM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	West Main St.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of a noise complaint. The anonymous complainant advised that the residents there have been up all night partying and that they had been outside being loud. Contact was made with the residents and they were given warnings for their actions.
1/1/2013	2:08 PM	Domestic Dispute	West South St.	On the stated date and time officers responded to the listed location in regards to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was discovered some household items were broken, but the second half of the dispute had already left. The remaining party advised that there were no threats of physical violence, nor were there any signs of a physical injury.
1/2/2013	1:21 AM	Drunk Driver	South Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, an officer initiated a traffic stop on South Chillicothe Street on a vehicle for a moving violation. The driver Russell M. Carter 31yoa of Columbus, Ohio was subsequently arrested and charged with OVI, Speed, Failure to Reinstate, No Operators License and Driving under a License Forfeiture Suspension.
1/2/2013	3:51 AM	Alarm Drop	South Jefferson Ave.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an activated alarm. Everything checked secure.
1/2/2013	8:50 AM	Parking Complaint	North Chillicothe St.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on a parking complaint. The complainant advised that a vehicle was parked right in the middle of the parking lot, which would prevent their patients from being able to park. Upon the officers arrival, the vehicle had already been moved.
1/2/2013	8:54 AM	Parking Complaint	East First Ave.	On this date and time, an officer observed a white Chevy minivan parked across the sidewalk in front of the listed location. Contact was made and the party was advised to move the vehicle and a warning was given for the infraction.
1/2/2013	9:00 AM	Parking Complaint	South Chillicothe St.	On this date and time, while on routine patrol, an officer observed a tan Ford Focus parked in the roadway near the listed address. The vehicle was not parked parallel to the curb and was sticking out into the traffic lane. Contact was made with the resident and the vehicle was moved.
1/2/2013	11:57 AM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	South Jefferson Ave.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of a crash in the rear parking lot. Parties exchanged insurance information.
1/2/2013	12:12 PM	Protection Order Violation	Jackson St.	On this date and time and officer responded to the listed location in regards to a possible protection order violation. A report was taken.
1/2/2013	2:50 PM	Well-being Check	Gay St.	On the above date and time an officer responded to the listed location on a well-being check. Contact was made with the residents and everything was determined to be fine.
1/2/2013	3:29 PM	Trespasser	Carriage Dr.	On the above date and time,  an officer received a phone call from a resident who made a complaint against a person who was not welcome at their premises any longer. They advised they had allowed an adult male to shovel their driveway and the male returned wanting money in advance for the next snowfall. Contact was made with the other party and they were advised not to return to the residence.
1/2/2013	8:40 PM	Criminal Damaging	Village Blvd.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a criminal damaging incident. The reporting parting advised that their driver's side mirror appeared to be damaged and there appeared to be white paint on their car door. The reporting party also advised that  they were accosted in the store by an acquaintance. After checking the vehicle it was discovered that the mirror was not damaged and that there was not paint on the vehicle. The store manager witnessed the actions of the other party and requested the officer to make contact with the other individual and advise them they were no longer welcome at the location. Contact was made and a notice was given to the second party not to return to the location.
1/2/2013	9:22 PM	Assist Other Agency	South Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location to backup a Madison County Deputy on a traffic stop at the listed location. This was in regards to a crime that had occurred in the county.
1/2/2013	10:28 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival the siblings had already separated and there was only a disagreement and  no violence or threats.
1/3/2013	2:50 AM	Open Door	Maple St.	On the stated date and time while on routine patrol an officer observed the shed doors open at business at the listed location. Everything checked okay and the doors were secured and the owner notified.
