He refused to submit to a BAC test. He was later released to a responsible party.

Subsequently, Jacob Broadley, 33, of Irwin, was issued citations for Expired Tags and Driving on a Temporary Permit without a Valid Driver. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
20-Sep-24	2:54:00 PM	Driving Complaint	East Main St.	Officer responded on a complaint of a vehicle that ran over the center of the roundabout and unable to maintain lanes. A traffic stop was initiated and it was determined that the driver was not impaired. She was advised of the complaint and was given a warning.
