After further investigation, Brian Smith, 45, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with OVI and cited for Stop Sign violation and Use of a Turn Signal violation. He refused to submit to a BAC test. He was later released to a responsible party.
20-Sep-24	5:40:00 PM	Traffic Stop	West Main St.	Officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired registration. After further investigation, the driver only had a temporary permit. Subsequently, Jacob Broadley, 33, of Irwin, was issued citations for Expired Tags and Driving on a Temporary Permit without a Valid Driver. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
20-Sep-24	2:54:00 PM	Driving Complaint	East Main St.	Officer responded on a complaint of a vehicle that ran over the center of the roundabout and unable to maintain lanes. A traffic stop was initiated and it was determined that the driver was not impaired. She was advised of the complaint and was given a warning.
20-Sep-24	4:21:00 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Church St.	Officer responded on a report of several juvenile's running through yards. Officer canvassed the area but did not locate anyone or anything out of the ordinary.
20-Sep-24	2:51:00 AM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	North Ave.	Officer responded on a report of subjects sitting on a porch being loud. Contact was made with the subjects, they were advised of the complaint and went inside for the remainder of the evening. They were warned of possible consequences.

21-Sep-24	8:33:00 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Madison Ave.	Officer responded on a report of a canine running loose. Upon arrival, the canine was already back with the owner. The owner was advised of the complaint and warned of possible consequences.
21-Sep-24	2:01:00 PM	Behavioral Health	Center St.	Officers responded on a behavioral health issue and determined the individual was not a harm to himself or others.
21-Sep-24	1:38:00 AM	Curfew	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. After further investigation, the driver was a 17 year old female. Contact was made with her parents, she was given a citation for Speeding and given a warning for curfew.
22-Sep-24	10:34:00 PM	Non-Injury Crash	SR 161 W	Officers responded to a non-injury crash between two vehicles on SR 161 near US 42. Subsequently, Gabe Payne, 22, of Richwood, was issued a citation for ACDA. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
22-Sep-24	7:24:00 PM	Neighbor Dispute	North Ave.	Officers responded to a report of a neighbor dispute. All parties agreed to remain calm and civil.
22-Sep-24	3:14:00 PM	Suspicious Circumstances	Sand Dome Way	Officer responded on a report of someone possibly stealing dirt and rocks from a construction site. After further investigation, the person had permission to take some dirt from the site.

24-Sep-24	6:00:00 PM	DOC	North Chillicothe St.	Officers responded to a assist Medic 261 with a combative subject. After further investigation, the subject was intoxicated, crashed an electric scooter into a tree and had an open bottle of alcohol. Subsequently, Robert Oats, 31, of Columbus, was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Open Container and Reckless Operation. He was transported to the hospital by Medic 261.	Pastime Park
