15-Apr-23 1:13:00 PM Loud Noise/Disturbance Fairfield Dr. Officer responded on a complaint of loud music, notified the residents of the violation and the music was turned down.  
15-Apr-23 5:23:00 PM Assist Other Agency US Rt. 33 Officers were requested to assist the Marysville Police Department with a K9 Assist. K9 Andor completed an open-air sniff of the vehicle and gave a positive alert for narcotics.

Contact was made with the caller, who advised the music had since been turned down and just wanted the incident documented. 16-Apr-23 12:01:00 AM Drunk Driver South Chillicothe St. Officer responded on a driving and parking complaint. A vehicle was driving erratically and then pulled over and parked. After further investigation, David Shaull, 55, of Galloway, was arrested and charged with OVI, Super Concentration, No Valid OL, Failure to Reinstate Suspension, and Open Container. He submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in a 0.259% BAC. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot. Plain City Elementary School
16-Apr-23 4:16:00 AM Drunk Madison Way Officers responded on an intoxicated person. Upon arrival, officers attempted to get the subject into the residence but he wouldn't comply and was resisting. Subsequently, Michael Nichols, 33, of Findlay, was arrested and charged with Persistent Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.  
16-Apr-23 12:37:00 PM Assist Other Agency Robinson Rd. Officer assisted the Union County Sheriff's Office with a domestic dispute.

Officer observed a vehicle parked in front of a driveway with a subject inside. After further investigation, the vehicle was reported stolen. During a probable cause search, a stolen gun was found. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot. The subject, John Zakayo, 25, address unknown, was arrested and charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Improperly Handling of a Firearm In a Motor Vehicle. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.

Subsequently, he was arrested and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. He was given citation for No OL, Turn Signal and Stop Sign.
