14-Apr-23 1:46:00 AM Suspicious Vehicle Stenner Ct. Officer found a parked vehicle with the exterior lights on, attempts were made to contact the vehicle owner but were unsuccessful.   
14-Apr-23 10:29:00 AM Suspicious Person/Vehicle South Jefferson Ave. Officer responded on a report of a vehicle parked at the location for several minutes and made contact with the driver. After further investigation, the driver was there for an appointment. Memorial Family Medicine
14-Apr-23 11:08:00 AM Civil Dispute/Standby North Ave. Officer was requested for a civil standby, while a tenant gathered their property.  
14-Apr-23 1:16:00 PM Neighbor Dispute Cooper Ln. Officer responded on a report of debris blowing into the caller's yard from the neighbor mowing. Officer made contact with the neighbor, who advised he would face the opposite direction when mowing.  
14-Apr-23 10:00:00 PM Missing Juvenile North Ave. Officer responded on a report of a missing juvenile. A short time later the juvenile was located.  
14-Apr-23 11:31:00 PM Suspicious Circumstances Country Place Ln. Officer responded on a report of red lights hovering above a residence, he canvassed the area and did not find anything out of the ordinary.  
14-Apr-23 12:07:00 AM Domestic Dispute West Bigelow Ave. Officers observed two subjects who were visibly intoxicated in front of the location. Contact was made and they advised they were in a verbal dispute with each other. Parties were advised of possible consequences. A family member picked them up. Lee's Sports & Spirits
15-Apr-23 9:18:00 AM Parking Complaint West Bigelow Ave. Officer responded on a parking complaint, made contact with the vehicle owner and the vehicle was moved without incident. Plain City Animal Hospital
15-Apr-23 6:03:00 AM Behavioral Health West Main St. Officers responded on a behavioral health issue. After speaking with the individual, he was transported to the hospital.  
15-Apr-23 1:13:00 PM Loud Noise/Disturbance Fairfield Dr. Officer responded on a complaint of loud music, notified the residents of the violation and the music was turned down.  
15-Apr-23 5:23:00 PM Assist Other Agency US Rt. 33 Officers were requested to assist the Marysville Police Department with a K9 Assist. K9 Andor completed an open-air sniff of the vehicle and gave a positive alert for narcotics.  
15-Apr-23 8:55:00 PM Loud Noise/Disturbance West Main St. Officers responded on a noise complaint. Contact was made with the caller, who advised the music had since been turned down and just wanted the incident documented. Officers advised if the music got loud again to contact the police department. The Grainery
15-Apr-23 9:15:00 PM Juvenile Ratcliff Ln. Officers responded on a report of a possible burglary in progress. After further investigation, juveniles were ding-dong ditching several houses. The juveniles were warned for disorderly conduct and their parents were notified.  
15-Apr-23 3:23:00 AM Road Hazard Conductor Dr. Officer found a light pole had fallen down and wires were exposed. Attempts are being made to contact the construction company.  
16-Apr-23 2:17:00 PM Alarm Drop South Jefferson Ave. Officers responded on an alarm drop and found the building secured. A keyholder was contacted. ER Autocare
16-Apr-23 12:01:00 AM Drunk Driver South Chillicothe St. Officer responded on a driving and parking complaint. A vehicle was driving erratically and then pulled over and parked. After further investigation, David Shaull, 55, of Galloway, was arrested and charged with OVI, Super Concentration, No Valid OL, Failure to Reinstate Suspension, and Open Container. He submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in a 0.259% BAC. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot. Plain City Elementary School
16-Apr-23 4:16:00 AM Drunk Madison Way Officers responded on an intoxicated person. Upon arrival, officers attempted to get the subject into the residence but he wouldn't comply and was resisting. Subsequently, Michael Nichols, 33, of Findlay, was arrested and charged with Persistent Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.  
16-Apr-23 12:37:00 PM Assist Other Agency Robinson Rd. Officer assisted the Union County Sheriff's Office with a domestic dispute.  
16-Apr-23 1:10:00 PM Solicitor East Main St. Officer responded on a Solicitor complaint and canvassed the area but was unable to locate anyone.
