2/4/2020 7:51 AM Warrant - Misdemeanor North Chillicothe St. On the stated date and time, Officer observed a black SUV traveling southbound on North Chillicothe Street. Upon checking the registration to the vehicle Officer found the registered owner had a warrant for taxes owed out of Marysville Ohio.  Upon making contact with the driver she identified herself as Kimberlee Bowshier-Bruce. Kimberlee was placed into custody and transported to Marysville Municipal Court per the request of the Marysville Police Department. Once  Marysville Police took custody of Kimberlee, Officer then returned to patrol.   Pending
2/5/2020 7:11 PM Theft/Identity Murlay Dr. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in reference to a possible phone scam/theft. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the complainant who advised he received a call in which the caller identified himself as a DEA agent and said that complainant would have a warrant issued for his arrest if he did not pay an outstanding balance of $14,500.  Officer advised complainant this is a common phone scam.  Complainant was advised to contact his bank to which he replied he already had.  Complainant was also provided with information to the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Officer advised complainant to contact Officer if he had any further questions.   Pending
2/5/2020 4:13 PM Driving Complaint South Chillicothe St. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a driving complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant. Complainant stated that he was notified, by his camera system that a vehicle drove off the north side of the alleyway and slightly into his yard/driveway.  Officer learned the identity of vehicle owner/driver and advised driver of the complaint.  Vehicle driver apologized and didn't think that he drove off the roadway.  Driver also advised that it would not happen again.   Approved
2/5/2020 3:44 PM Animal Complaint - Other Shepper Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loose dog complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant who stated a black and white dog came from the yard into the alley and attempted to bite her grandson. Complainant said that she did not witness the altercation, but this is what her grandson told her. Grandson was not injured and he did not suffer any damage. Complainant stated that this is a continuing problem with this dog, but this was the first time she had contacted the police department.  Officer met with the dog owners and advised them of the complaint.  They acknowledged that their son, who is disabled, let the dog out. Officer advised them that this is a reoccurring issue with their animals and they needed to address it. They were also advised that there may be criminal charges out of this incident.   Approved
2/5/2020 12:20 PM Miscellaneous - Unclassified Central Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was contacted by complainant, via public service, in reference to a subject threatening to take complainant's son's cell phone and break it. Officer made contact with subject who stated that she made no such threat. Officer made contact with son who stated that it was his father that lives in Circleville who made the threat, not subject.  Once everything checked okay, Officer returned to patrol.   Pending
2/5/2020 9:57 AM Civil Dispute/Standby Converse Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in response to a civil dispute. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with complainant who stated that his roommate allowed three individuals to stay the night, but now they refused to leave.  Upon checking the inside of the residence Officer found no one to be inside.  Complainant did appear to be under the influence of something.  Both units then returned to patrol.   Pending
2/5/2020 3:26 AM Attempted Suicide Harrington Dr. On the stated date and time, Officers responded to the listed location in reference to an attempted suicide. The caller stated that his friend sent him a Snapchat video where he was taking pills in an attempt to kill himself. Upon arrival, Officer made contact with subject who denied taking any medication or making any threats of harming himself.  After speaking to subject further he was then voluntarily transported by a medic to the hospital. Officer then returned to patrol.   Returned

Upon arrival, Officer made contact with vehicle owner who stated her car overheated, and she needed help putting her radiator cap back on. 2/3/2020 7:08 PM Assist Other Agency Smith-Calhoun Rd. On the stated date and time, Officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to the area of Smith-Calhoun Rd. in reference to a suicidal male. Once assistance was no longer needed, Officer then returned to patrol. Suburban Mobile Home Park Approved
2/3/2020 1:35 PM Civil Dispute/Standby Friend St. On the listed date and time, Officer was met on station by three complainants.  All three expressed concern for complainant's mother who resides at Edgewater Place.  A civil standby was requested while complainants visited with the mother. 2/3/2020 2:42 AM Suspicious Circumstances South Jefferson Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a gold Chevy Cobalt parked at the ATM at the listed location. Officer approached the vehicle and observed it was unoccupied. A short time later, Officer made contact with the registered owner who stated he ran out of gas and had to leave it parked. Owner returned,  filled the vehicle with gas and left without issue. Officer then returned to patrol. Shell Station / Subway Approved

1/29/2020 11:09 PM Drug Trafficking Plain City-Georgesville Rd. On the stated date and time, Officer observed a red Chrysler Sedan traveling northbound on Plain City-Georgesville Rd near Darby Fields Blvd. The vehicle appeared to be traveling above the posted speed of 35 MPH. Officer checked the vehicle speed at 47 MPH. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle driver, Jonathan Budding, and his passengers.  Officer detected an odor of burnt marijuana emitting from the vehicle. A probable cause search was completed. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot.  Jonathan received a traffic citation for speed 47 MPH in a 35 MPH zone.  Investigation pending.   Approved
1/29/2020 10:35 AM 911 Follow-up Dickens Ln. On this stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location response to a 911-hangup call. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with the caller who stated that he accidentally dialed 911 while trying to hit the alarm on his phone when he was waking up. Everything checked out okay, Officer then returned to patrol.   Approved
1/30/2020 8:13 PM Traffic Stop South Jefferson Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer was traveling southbound on South Jefferson Ave when Officer observed a red Ford F-150 traveling northbound appeared to be operating above the posted speed limit of 35 MPH. Officer checked the vehicle's speed at 47 MPH. Officer initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle and made contact with the vehicle operator, Matthew Bocook.  After further investigation, it was found that Matthew was under an OVI Suspension and was operating outside of his privileges.  Matthew was later issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL, OVI Suspension, Non-Compliance Suspension, and Driver Safety Belt. He was given a verbal warning for speed. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD impound lot.      Approved
1/30/2020 1:33 PM Assault - Misdemeanor Allgyer Dr. On the stated date and time, Officer responded to the listed location in regard to an assault that happened on Monday, January 27, 2020. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with complainant who stated that while having a conversation with a resident; the resident grabbed her hair and pulled on it.  Resident stated that she did not intentionally grab complainant by the hair, but instead reached for complainant's hand when trying to express her grievances. Complainant stated that she did not want to pursue charges and only wanted the incident documented.   Pending
1/31/2020 6:17 PM Domestic Dispute Lafayette-Plain City Rd. On the stated date and time, Officers responded to a domestic dispute at the stated location. Upon arrival, Officer spoke with complainant, the Executive Director of the facility, who stated subject was attempting to take her mother from the assisted living facility. Complainant presented Officer a copy of the Power of Attorney which states the resident's son has power of attorney.  Complainant stated that she no longer wanted subject to return to the property. Subject was advised that she is being trespassed from the property and if she returns she could be charged criminally. Both units then returned to patrol. Edgewater Place Assisted Living Pending
1/31/2020 4:45 PM Warrant - Misdemeanor South Jefferson Ave. On the stated date and time, Officer conducted a routine registration check on a white Chevy SUV.  The registration returned to, Kevyn Murray, a suspended driver.  Kevyn also had an active misdemeanor warrant out of the MCSO for Failure to Appear on a probation violation. He was placed into custody for the warrant and taken to the Tri-County Jail. Kevyn was issued a traffic citation for No Valid OL and Non-Compliance Suspension.    Pending
1/31/2020 11:41 AM Cocaine/Crack West Main St. On the listed date and time, Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to found drugs.   Upon arrival, Officer took possession of a small plastic baggie containing whitish colored material consistent with crack cocaine. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with both parties.  Both parties advised they were in a verbal argument, with no physical altercation. Both parties advised they would remain civil until the male subject moved out.  Once everyone was calm and Officers determining everything to be fine, Officers then returned to patrol.   Pending
