After further investigation, the subject had previously been told to not have contact with the caller and was advised of possible consequences. Subsequently, an arrest warrant for Donavan Holland, 22, of Plain City, was issued for Telecommunications Harassment.

A short time later the roommate returned to the residence to gather his belongings and was advised to have no contact with the caller.
