After further investigation, Zachary Booker, 32, of Cincinnati, was issued citations for License Forfeiture Suspension, No OL and Tail Lights Required.  The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.

28-Dec-24	12:12:00 PM	Dog Bite	Gay St.	Officer responded on a report of a dog bite. After further investigation, Garrett Underhill, 23, of Plain City, was issued a citation for Dogs at Large. The incident was forwarded to the Madison County Public Health and Madison County Dog Warden.

28-Dec-24	9:22:00 PM	Drunk Driver	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle unable to maintain lanes. After further investigation, Bawi Lian Hum, 51, of Galloway, was arrested and charged with OVI, Child Endangerment and Failure to Wear Child Restraint. A passenger, Lal Thuan Thang, 42, of Hilliard, was charged with Open Container. All parties were released to a family member.
