Officers responded on a report of a vehicle that hit a raised storm sewer grate and crashed into a tree line. After further investigation, Wallther Pucheta-Quino, 19, of Sunbury, was issued citations for Reckless Operation on Private Property and Driving Without a License. A tow truck arrived on scene and towed the vehicle.
