Officers initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle for multiple traffic violations. After further investigation, Brian Smith, 45, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with OVI and cited for Stop Sign violation and Use of a Turn Signal violation. He refused to submit to a BAC test. He was later released to a responsible party.

Officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired registration. After further investigation, the driver only had a temporary permit. Subsequently, Jacob Broadley, 33, of Irwin, was issued citations for Expired Tags and Driving on a Temporary Permit without a Valid Driver. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
