18-Jul-24	11:38:00 PM	Traffic Stop	West Main St.	A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle with only one headlight. The driver of the vehicle did not have a valid license. Subsequently, Linda Lee Ball, 56, of Plain City, was issued citations for No Valid OL and Non-Compliance Suspension and given warnings for expired registration and one headlight.
18-Jul-24	11:21:00 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	John St.	Officer responded on a report of an occupied vehicle sitting in the area for a while. Upon arrival, the vehicle left the area and failed to use their turn signal. A traffic stop was initiated, the driver stated he worked in the area and pulled over to use the phone. He was given a warning for no turn signal.
18-Jul-24	1:06:00 AM	Drunk Driver	South Chillicothe St.	During a traffic stop, it was learned the driver was intoxicated. Subsequently, Kriston Kacir, 40, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with OVI, OVI Refusal, OVI Suspension, and No Valid OL. She refused a BAC test. She was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
