US Rt. 42 S

Officers initiated a traffic stop with a pickup truck hauling a camper with no taillights and no license plate. After further investigation, the camper had no registration and the truck's registration was expired. The driver had a confirmed warrant out of Richland County. Subsequently, Gregory Montgomery II, 30, of Shiloh, Ohio, was cited for No Registration and Expired Registration. Due to the confirmed warrant he was arrested and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. The camper was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle with only one headlight. The driver of the vehicle did not have a valid license. Subsequently, Linda Lee Ball, 56, of Plain City, was issued citations for No Valid OL and Non-Compliance Suspension and given warnings for expired registration and one headlight.

Officer responded on a report of an occupied vehicle sitting in the area for a while. Upon arrival, the vehicle left the area and failed to use their turn signal. A traffic stop was initiated, the driver stated he worked in the area and pulled over to use the phone. He was given a warning for no turn signal.

Drunk Driver

During a traffic stop, it was learned the driver was intoxicated. Subsequently, Kriston Kacir, 40, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with OVI, OVI Refusal, OVI Suspension, and No Valid OL. She refused a BAC test. She was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
