02-Jun-23	9:21:00 PM	Traffic Stop	West Main St.	A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle with expired registration. Upon approach, the officer observed an open beer bottle in the vehicle. After further investigation, the driver of the vehicle Josue Hernandez, 33, of Plain City, was issued citations for No Valid OL and Non-Compliance Suspension and was given a warning for open container. The vehicle owner, Roberto Flores, 49, of Plain City, was issued a citation for Wrongful Entrustment. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot.
