After further investigation, Dakota Kelly, 25, of Unionville Center, was issued citations for No OL, License Forfeiture Suspension, Seat Belt and Expired Tags. 30-May-23	1:52:00 PM	Vehicle Lockout	Carriage Dr.	Officers responded on a vehicle lockout, with the vehicle running and a young child inside. Officers were able to unlock the vehicle without issue.
