Complainant contacted the Police Department in reference to a well-being check.  Officers made contact with subject's daughter, who stated their father is in the hospital in stable condition. Officer advised complainant of his father's whereabouts and returned back to patrol.		Pending
25-Jan-21	6:00:00 PM	Trespasser	West Main St.	Officers responded to a trespassing complaint at the listed location. Officers advised subject she could be charged with trespassing and disorderly misconduct if she does not leave the property when asked.  Subject left the property and was advised next time she could be charged with trespassing. 25-Jan-21	4:40:00 PM	Suspicious Vehicle	West Bigelow Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location for a parking complaint.  Upon arrival, the vehicle owner approached Officers and advised that he was going to move the vehicle once he got off work. 25-Jan-21	1:05:00 PM	Behavioral Health	Country Place Ln.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a mental health episode. Eventually, Officers were able to convince subject to go to the hospital. Subject was then transported to hospital by medic.  Officers then returned to patrol.  A CIT was completed.		Pending

26-Jan-21	9:30:00 PM	Other Dispute	West Main St.	Officers spoke with complainant via public service in regards to a civil dispute. Complainant advised that he wanted Officers to make contact with subject to ensure both parties would remain civil.  A short while later, Officer spoke with subject, who stated that she was confronting complainant about money that she had given to him for a tattoo. Subject advised that she would remain cordial going forward and may be contacting the police department about a potential theft of services.  Officer will follow up with complainant during Officer's next shift. 26-Jan-21	9:02:00 PM	Assist Other Agency	Village Blvd.	Officer received a call from complainant who advised she was concerned that subject was trying to harm himself.  After further investigation, Officer made contact with the Beavercreek Police Department and requested that they check on subject.  Officer received a call from the Beavercreek Police Department and learned that subject was voluntarily transported to a local hospital for evaluation. 26-Jan-21	7:15:00 PM	Recovered/Found Property	West Main St.	While doing a community contact at the listed location, subject advised Officer that someone turned in a Huntington Bank Debit card and one Costco card.  Officer will be following up during business hours in an attempt to return the property. 26-Jan-21	10:00:00 AM	Well-being Check	Country Place Ln.	Officer was contacted via telephone by an anonymous caller. The caller stated that they were concerned for the safety of a subject who lives at the listed location. This incident will be forwarded to APA.		Pending
