intersection of SR 161 E and Butler Avenue in reference to injury crash. Upon
further investigation it was determined that the injuries were
non-incapacitating. Jessica Adams, 26yoa of Plain City was cited for
Texting While Driving and Assured Clear Distance Ahead. Both vehicles were
towed from the scene and a crash report was completed.

First Avenue and North Chillicothe Street in reference to a young juvenile
walking with only a short sleeve shirt on. Upon arrival the juvenile was gone
and it was reported they got onto the school bus.

listed location in reference to a telephone scam report. Upon arrival, the
complainant advised she received a phone call from a blocked number. The
subject, pretended to be her grandson, advised her that he was in need of
$8,000.00. She did not send any money and learned that this was a scam.

was flagged down by a male subject near the listed location. The subject
advised that he was being given a ride home from Dublin when he got into an
argument with the driver, who then decided to leave him and not take him
home. A UCSO Deputy picked Jonah up and transported him to his
residence.

the listed location in reference to a Rottweiler running loose. Upon my
arrival, the officer located the canine, which was wearing a choker chain
with no tags. The Union County Dog Warden arrived a short time later and
retrieved the canine.

location in reference to a non-injury crash. The parties exchanged
information and no crash report was taken.

On the listed date and time, an officer was on patrol on South
Jefferson Avenue when they were advised of a single vehicle injury crash just
south of the village Corporation Limit on US Rt. 42. Upon arrival, the
officer observed that the driver was stumbling away from the vehicle and made
contact with the driver. The officer then stood by with the driver until the
arrival of the medic crew and units from the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
The driver was subsequently arrested for OVI and transported to the Plain
City Police Department for testing.

300 block West Main Street in reference to a 911 hang up from a 911 only
phone. Upon arrival they met with several people, none of which knew
anything about a 911 call.

On this date and time, an officer responded to the area of
Mike's Pit Stop in reference to a possible runaway juvenile. A motorist
picked the juvenile up from Plain City-Georgesville Road near Converse-Huff
Road and then dropped him off at Mike's Pit Stop. The juvenile advised that
he ran away from his residence in Hilliard earlier in the day. Upon arrival
to the area the juvenile was located at the corner of South Chillicothe
Street and East Main Street. It was determined that the 13year old male
juvenile did in fact runaway from his house in Hilliard and was attempting to
leave the state. The juvenile was transported to Big Darby Baptist Church and
released to the care of the Hilliard PD.

returned home from work several orange cones and no parking signs were in her
driveway. She was referred to her landlord and the zoning office.

caller advised a male was walking southbound pointing at his chest and

young male subject wearing a blue navy coat came to her back door and
knocked. The resident refused to answer the door and the subject held up some
literature and then left. The officer located the subject and learned that he
was passing out religious material. The officer asked them to refrain
going to the back doors of residences.

location in reference to a runaway juvenile that was in foster care. The
juvenile was located hiding in a restroom of a business and threatening to
cause harm to themselves. The juvenile was subsequently transported to the
hospital by the medics for a mental health evaluation and a referral was made
to the Madison County DOJFS.

location in reference to a 911 unknown. Upon arrival contact was made with
the caller and they advised that they must have accidently called while the
phone was in their pocket. Upon further investigation it was discovered the
caller Roeseann S. Wholaver, 49yoa of Plain City had an active warrant for
her arrest. She was taken into custody and transported to the Tri-County
Regional Jail.

location to check the welfare of some fowl. The caller advised that the
resident at this address had pheasants and was concerned that they were not
being fed, watered or kept warm. Upon arrival the officer met with the
resident and advised them of the complaint. The resident showed the officer
the animals, which were chickens. The chickens were in a covered cage on the
front porch with food, water and a heater.
