Upon arrival and further investigation it was determined that the driver was north bound on US42 in a black 1997 Ford Ranger, when a dog ran out in front of him. The driver advised that he swerved to miss the dog and struck the guard rail. The driver refused medical treatment and advised that he was not hurt. Andrew J. Ramey, 41 of Marysville, Ohio was subsequently cited for Failure to Control and FRA Suspension.. His driver's license was seized (per the BMV) and his vehicle impounded. A crash report was completed.

Upon arrival it was discovered that three vehicles were involved in the crash and three passenger and one other driver was being transported to the hospital. Sara Wallace 21 of Eaton, Ohio was issued a citation for ACDA.

Upon arrival it was determined to be a domestic violence incident and a juvenile was taken into custody for striking their parent.

After unlocking the vehicle, the officer learned that Ms. Drumm had a warrant for her arrest issued by the Madison County Municipal Court. Shirley was placed into custody and transported to the Tri-County Jail.

7/10/2013	4:20 PM	Road Hazard	Friend St.	On the above date and time, an officer was dispatched to the area of Friend Street and West Bigelow Avenue in reference to a tree branch that had fallen due to the thunder storm that had just moved through the area. Upon arrival,  the officer removed a branch from the roadway and observed another large branch hanging resting on a power line. With the assistance of the Public Works Department and the Pleasant Valley Fire Department, the road was closed until the homeowner was able to have the branch removed safely.
7/10/2013	4:49 PM	Road Hazard	Gray St.	On the above date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a down wire. Upon arrival,  it was determined that it was a cable wire and that it was blocking the street. With the assistance of the Pleasant Valley Fire Department, the wire was moved. Time Warner Cable later arrived on the scene and properly repaired the wire.
