4/30/2013	10:13 AM	Arrest Warrant	Maple St.	On this date and time, while conducting a follow-up investigation, officers arrested Trevor J. Fillinger, 20yoa of Plain City, for Attempted Gross Sexual Imposition. He was later transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
4/30/2013	12:15 PM	Alarm Drop	West Main St.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the report of a hold-up alarm. Upon arrival everything was determined to be fine.
4/30/2013	6:49 PM	Assist Other Agency	South Jefferson Ave.	On the above date and time, officers located a vehicle out of a bolo where the driver had made suicide threats. It was determined the subject left the vehicle at this location, the driver was found later in another jurisdiction.

The back seat passenger provided the deputy with false information in an attempt to conceal his identity due to having warrants for his arrest.

5/1/2013	1:47 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Madison St.	On this date and time and officer responded to the listed address on the report of a custody dispute. Both parties were referred to their attorneys.
5/1/2013	8:26 PM	911 Unknown	Allgyer Dr.	On the above date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 unknown. Upon arrival it was discovered it was an accidental dial.
5/2/2013	12:57 PM	Drugs - Other	South Jefferson Ave.	On the above date and time,  officers responded on a report of a suspect attempting to pass a forged prescription. Upon arrival a suspect was taken into custody for attempting to purchase a dangerous drug and illegal processing of drug documents.  A second suspect was discovered outside of the business. Charges are pending on both suspects.

5/3/2013	1:15 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer observed a suspicious vehicle that was occupied. Upon further investigation it was discovered someone was sleeping in the vehicle. Everything checked okay.

On the listed date and time, an officer was dispatched to the area of Plain City Georgesville Road in the vicinity of Converse Huff Road to attempt to locate vehicles that were reportedly drag racing. Upon arrival, the officer checked the area and did not locate any vehicles drag racing.
5/4/2013	11:35 AM	911 Unknown	North Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time an officer was dispatched to the area between 181-204 North Chillicothe Street in reference to a 911 unknown. The call was received on a cell phone.  Upon arrival the officer checked the area and did not find anything out of the ordinary.
5/4/2013	11:56 PM	Fire Support	West Bigelow Ave.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of a person who suffered injuries from a fall.
5/5/2013	12:51 AM	Fight	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time officers were dispatched to the listed location in regards to a fight complaint. Upon arrival the parties had dispersed and the fight was inactive.
5/5/2013	2:11 AM	Loud Noise/Disturbance	North Ave.	On the stated date and time I was dispatched to the listed location in regards to a person outside of the windows making loud noises. Upon arrival the person was advised of the complaint and they agreed to be quieter.
5/5/2013	3:44 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	On the stated date and time an officer observed a suspicious vehicle with persons inside. It was determined to be a meeting location to exchange passengers.

5/5/2013	6:54 PM	911 Unknown	East Main St.	On the stated date and time, an officer was dispatched to the payphone at the listed location in reference to three 911 hang-ups. Upon my arrival, the officer checked the area but could not locate anyone.
5/5/2013	7:15 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Smucker Ln.	On the stated date and time, an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loose canine complaint. Contact was made with the owner and a warning was given for their dog running at large.
