3/12/2013	7:50 PM	Assist Other Agency	SR 161 E	On the stated date and time officers responded to the listed location and Village Limits in regards to attempting to locate a suspect vehicle that was involved in an assault at the American Inn on US 42 for UCSO. An officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle matching the description of the suspect vehicle. Upon further investigation it was determined it was not the suspect vehicle.
3/13/2013	6:10 PM	Telecom Harassment	South Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time, an officer met with a party who had received a threatening letter. Case forwarded to prosecutor for review.
3/14/2013	2:58 PM	Assist Other Agency	Plain City Lafayette Rd.	On the listed date and time officers responded to the listed location in reference to 2 suspicious vehicles with suspicious people walking around the property. The caller advised that the residence was abandoned.  Upon arrival it was discovered to be the home-owner.

3/14/2013	3:31 PM	Forgery	West Main St.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to multiple counterfeit checks. The case was referred to the originating law enforcement agency.
3/14/2013	8:14 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	North Ave.	On the listed date and time I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loose dog. The officer located the dog. A warning for animals running at large was given to the owner.
3/15/2013	8:52 PM	911 Unknown	West Ave.	On the stated date and time, I was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 Hang-up. Upon arrival it was discovered a one year old was playing with the phone.
3/16/2013	11:17 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	North Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time I was flagged down and advised of a vehicle stuck in the mud at the listed location. Another vehicle responded and pulled the vehicle from the grass.
3/16/2013	1:15 PM	Suspicious Vehicle	North Chillicothe St.	On the listed date and time I was flagged down by a passerby and advised of an abandoned motorcycle parked in one of the wash bays in the car wash at the listed location. Upon arrival it was discovered the motorcycle was not entered stolen in NCIC and the owner advised it was okay to remain on the property for now.
3/16/2013	8:41 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	Jackson St.	On the stated date and time, an officer was dispatched to the police department in reference to a civil standby. Upon arrival the officer met with the caller and referred them to their attorney.
3/16/2013	9:21 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	West Main St.	On the listed date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of a loose canine. It was discovered the dog escaped through a broken gate on a fence. The owner advised they would repair the gate to prevent the dog from getting loose.
3/17/2013	7:00 AM	911 Unknown	Country View Ln.	On the listed date and time an officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a 911 hang up. Upon arrival it was discovered  the caller had accidentally dialed 911.
3/17/2013	11:28 AM	Driving Complaint	US Rt. 42 S	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the area of US42 in reference to a driving complaint. The officer located the suspect vehicle and made contact with the driver. It was determined that the driver was not impaired, nor were they having any health issues. They were informed of the complaint.
3/18/2013	9:56 AM	Driving Complaint	West Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of a driving complaint. An officer located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. It was discovered it was a lost elderly driver. The officer assisted the driver to their destination.
3/18/2013	12:07 PM	Telecom Harassment	South Chillicothe St.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location in regards to phone harassment. An officer made contact with the suspect and they were advised not to have any further contact with the reporting party.
3/18/2013	5:20 PM	Fraud	Converse Dr.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of illegal use of credit card. A report was taken and the financial institution had already cancelled the card.
3/19/2013	12:35 AM	Suspicious Person	Coachman Dr.	On the stated date and time and officer responded to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person.
3/19/2013	7:26 AM	Stolen Car	Gay St.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the listed location on the report of a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was entered into NCIC and was located later in the day by the Columbus PD.
3/19/2013	8:08 AM	Recovered Stolen Vehicle	Gay St.	On this date and time, while investigating a stolen vehicle complaint, an officer located a maroon Plymouth Acclaim parked at the listed address with the rear driver's side door window smashed out. The vehicle had been entered by the Madison County Sheriff's Office as a stolen vehicle.
3/19/2013	3:12 PM	Alarm Drop	West Main St.	On the above date and time, officer's responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon my arrival it was determined to be an employee error.
3/19/2013	6:43 PM	Theft - Attempted	South Chillicothe St.	On the stated date and time an officer responded to the listed location on an attempted theft. The window to the vehicle was broken and the ignition had been tampered with.
3/19/2013	9:29 PM	Suspicious Person	West Ave.	On the stated date and time, an officer was dispatched to the area of West Avenue and Willowbend Circle in reference to a suspicious person. The officer patrolled the area extensively but was unable to locate anyone matching the description of the suspect.
3/20/2013	11:20 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	Carriage Dr.	On this date and time, an officer responded to the area of the listed location in reference to a suspicious person behind the residence that left in a silver Chevrolet.  The officer patrolled the area, but was unable to locate the vehicle in question.
3/20/2013	3:30 PM	Solicitor	Doe St.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the area of the listed location in reference to a solicitor complaint. The officer located the solicitors and advised them the process for obtaining a permit and gave them a warning for soliciting without a permit.
3/20/2013	5:38 PM	Civil Dispute/Standby	East First Ave.	On the above date and time, an officer responded to the listed location regarding a civil property dispute.
3/21/2013	2:30 PM	Alarm Drop	Cottonwood Ct.	On the listed date and time an officer responded to the listed location in reference to an alarm drop. Upon arrival it was discovered that the alarm was set off accidently.
