Officers responded on a report of subject trying to gain access to an account that wasn't theirs. The subject left the location when an employee tried to get more information. A description of the vehicle was given and a short time later a traffic stop was initiated. After further investigation, Tonya Hanner, 59, of New York, was arrested and charged with Identity Fraud and Drug Paraphernalia. The driver of the vehicle, Kashawn Smith, 24, of New York,  was arrested and cited with Driving Under Suspension and No OL. Both subjects were transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
