Officers could hear the music and people talking when they were outside of the residence. Contact was made with the homeowner, and they turned the music off and stated they would stay quiet.

After further investigation, Tonya Hanner, 59, of New York, was arrested and charged with Identity Fraud and Drug Paraphernalia.
