After further investigation, Madison Morris, 25, of Urbana was arrested and charged with Physical Control. Madison submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in a 0.122% BAC. Madison was released to a family member.

During the stop, it was learned the driver, Spencer Stanley, 21, of Urbana, had two confirmed warrants out of Champaign County. Subsequently, he was arrested and transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. He was given a citation for Expired Tags.

After further investigation, Marah Rice, 35, of Urbana, was arrested and charged with OVI, OVI Super Concentration and Marked Lanes.. Marah submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in a 0.185% BAC. Marah was released to a responsible party.

During the stop, the officer learned the driver had been in a dispute with a family member. After further investigation, the dispute was verbal and parties were separated. During a probable cause search, drugs and drug paraphernalia were located. Subsequently, Gary Lewis, 39, of Williamsburg, had an active warrant and was charged with Drug Paraphernalia, Jordan Emmons, 31, of Circleville, had an active warrant and was charged with FRA Suspension, Driving Without a License, Failure to Reinstate, Expired Tags, Drug Paraphernalia and Possessing a Drug Abuse Instrument and the 3rd occupant, Crystal Primmer, 46, of Marion was charged with Possession of Marijuana. Gary and Jordan were transported to Tri-County Jail.
