Marah was released to a responsible party.

A traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle for expired registration. During the stop, two occupants had active warrants and were placed under arrest. During a probable cause search, drugs and drug paraphernalia were located. Subsequently, Gary Lewis, 39, of Williamsburg, had an active warrant and was charged with Drug Paraphernalia, Jordan Emmons, 31, of Circleville, had an active warrant and was charged with FRA Suspension, Driving Without a License, Failure to Reinstate, Expired Tags, Drug Paraphernalia and Possessing a Drug Abuse Instrument and the 3rd occupant, Crystal Primmer, 46, of Marion was charged with Possession of Marijuana. Gary and Jordan were transported to Tri-County Jail.
