Officer was met at the police department by complainant, who advised she may have struck a parked car's mirror parked in front of the listed location.  Officer located the other vehicle, which had minor damage to the driver's side mirror.  Officer made contact with vehicle owner, who advised the mirror was previously damaged and only observed some new cracks in the mirror.  Vehicle owner did not want a report for the damage.

While on patrol, Officer observed subject standing in front of the listed location, yelling and knocking on the door. Officer made contact with subject who stated that he worked at the listed location and had been locked out due to a verbal altercation with another employee. Officer explained to subject the possible consequences if his actions continued. Subject apologized and stated that he was going to walk home to calm down. After observing no signs of impairment, Officer allowed subject to walk home. Officer then returned to patrol.

Officer responded to the listed location in reference to suspicious circumstances. Complainant stated that when he returned home a few minutes earlier, he observed that a screen window near his front door appeared to have been damaged.  Complainant did not see anything else disturbed, and the residence was secure. Officer advised complainant to call the police department if he notices anything else out of place.  Complainant thanked Officer for his time, and Officer returned to patrol.

Officer observed a black male with all black clothing standing next to a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with a flashlight pointed towards the vehicle. Once the unknown male saw Officer, he ran westbound through an unnamed alley and westbound towards Maple Court. Officer followed the male subject but lost him once suspect went through an unknown residence's yard on Maple Court. Officer made contact with vehicle owner, who advised nothing appeared to be stolen or out of place. Officer patrolled Gay Street and was unable to detect any of the vehicles were tampered with. Officer then returned to patrol.

Amber had an active misdemeanor warrant out of the Delaware County Sheriff's Office for a probation violation.   Amber was transported to 5200 US 42 N, where she was released to DCSO Deputy.

Officer observed a large tree branch that had fallen in front of the listed location.  Upon arrival, Officer observed an Ohio Edison employee already on the scene.  He advised that the branch had fallen and pulled the service from the residence.  He was there to restore the service.  He also advised that part of the branch was stuck in the power lines.  He had already contacted their tree trimming service to take care of that.  The Public Works Department arrived on the scene and cleaned up the portion that was on the ground.  See media for further information.

Officer arrived on scene and contacted the caller, who stated that a tree at the rear of her property fell over, blocking the alley just east of her residence,zoo and fell on top of the listed location. Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a tree that had fallen into the roadway.  Upon my arrival, Officer observed a large branch that had fallen from a tree in the front yard of the listed location.  The tree landed on top of a grey Acura.  The branch was also blocking the westbound lane of West Main Street.  With assistance from the Public Works Department, the roadway was cleared.  The branch also damaged the roof/gutter to 306 West Main Street and the tenant was going to notify the landlord.  See media for further information.

Officer was on patrol when Officer observed a black and brown female Labrador running on South Chillicothe Street in the area of the flat iron. I took possession of the dog and secured in the police department kennel with food and water. I then returned to patrol.   08/08/2021 1441 hours Officer met with the dog owner and returned his dog to him. Dog owner was warned for dogs running at large and advised to ensure this does not occur again.
