8/29/2016	9:58 AM	Parking Complaint	Coachman Dr.	Officer observed a maroon Chevy Blazer parked in front of the listed location. The vehicle has a flat left rear tire and hasn't been moved in well over a week. Officer placed a notice on the vehicle informing the owner it had to be moved immediately or it could face impoundment and a citation to the owner. Upon follow-up had been moved off of the street.

8/29/2016	3:51 PM	Assist Other Agency	Price-Hilliards Rd.	Officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to help assist with traffic patrol due to a car accident. Upon arrival Officer directed patrol until relieved by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

8/30/2016	2:03 PM	911 Follow-up	West South St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a   911 follow up. Dispatch advised that on call back, the caller advised that her niece had accidentally called 911.
8/30/2016	6:50 PM	Assist Other Agency	Lewis Cir.	Officer was advised by the Madison County Sheriff's Office of a possible road rage incident that occurred near the listed location. Deputy spoke to the driver about the incident and the driver was given a warning for his behavior.
8/30/2016	8:28 PM	Dog Bite	East Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a   dog bite. Upon arrival Officer met with callers. After investigation, Officer learned that the caller attempted to pull the dog away and when she did, the dog bit her on the face near her right eye. She was able to separate the dogs without further incident. Medic 261was on scene, but she refused treatment. Referral made to the Health Department and the Dog Warden.
8/31/2016	12:28 AM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	West Main St.	Officer observed Travis Lively standing outside of the listed location. Having prior knowledge of an entered warrant out of the Madison County Municipal Court for Assault, Officer made contact with him. Travis Lively was placed into custody without incident. 8/31/2016	12:38 PM	Non-Injury Crash/Private	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer responded to the listed location on the report of a vehicle that had crashed into the building. Upon arrival, Officer met with the business owner and the pharmacist. Officer spoke to the driver at her residence. 8/31/2016	6:16 PM	Assist Other Agency	Converse Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location to assist the Union County Sheriff’s Office in a warrant arrest. Upon arrival Officer stood by while Larry Liming was placed into custody for an un entered warrant out of the Union County Sheriff’s Office for Drug Trafficking.
9/1/2016	3:42 PM	Fight	South Jefferson Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a fight. Upon arrival Officers made contact with the caller who stated that while he was eating the other involved party began to argue with him and struck him. Officer made contact with caller's mother who did not wish to pursue with assault charges. Officer then went then made contact with other juvenile and his father. That juvenile was charged with Disorderly Conduct.	McDonald's
9/1/2016	2:54 PM	Solicitor	Allgyer Dr.	Officers responded to the listed area in reference to a solicitors complaint. Upon arrival three females were going door to door in an effort to get people to convert to their electrical company. Officer issued a summons for Soliciting Without a Permit to Tanisha Coats and Kamil Nicole Ship. Officer still trying to positively identify the third female.

9/1/2016	8:39 PM	Missing Juvenile	West South St.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a missing juvenile complaint. Upon arrival Officers made contact with the caller. Upon checking the area Officers were unable to locate the juvenile. A short time later the juvenile was located and turned over to his mother.
9/1/2016	12:01 PM	Domestic Dispute	Converse Ave.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to   a domestic dispute. Upon arrival Officers were advised the caller had been involved in a verbal dispute with her twelve year old daughter. Upon speaking with both parties further they agreed to separate and remain calm for the remainder of the evening.
9/2/2016	12:30 AM	Animal Complaint - Other	South Chillicothe St.	While on patrol Officer observed a white canine in the middle of the street. While attempting to gain control of the canine, Officer learned the owner was walking the canine when it got free from its leash. The pet owner was given a warning and advised of the possible consequences if this were to happen again.
9/2/2016	10:47 AM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Smucker Ln.	Officer met with residents in reference to a possible scam. Officer told them to contact their current utility company and tell them that they were pressured into switching utility companies and she no longer wants to. Officer advised the company would probably be able to help prevent the change from going through or may be able to direct them to the proper agency to help, such as the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
9/2/2016	2:10 PM	Road Hazard	Jackson St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to phone books in the roadway. Upon arrival Officer located 3 bundles of the Yellow Pages. Officer removed them from the roadway and contacted the company and advised the operator of the issue.
9/3/2016	5:06 PM	Parking Complaint	West Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a parking complaint. Upon arrival Officers observed several vehicles parked along the roadway, none of which were an immediate hazard.	St. Joseph's Church

9/3/2016	10:11 PM	Dog Bite	Gay St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a   dog bite. Upon arrival, with Officers met with the caller who was intoxicated, stated that she was at another individual's residence and her dog attacked her. She was transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital by Medic 261.
9/4/2016	3:05 PM	Trespasser	Converse Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an unwanted guest. Upon arrival Officer met with the caller who advised that another individual had just left his residence and he did not want him to return. Officer attempted to locate the male, but he could not be located.
9/4/2016	3:59 AM	DOC	East Bigelow Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed area in reference to a male lying in the roadway. Upon arrival Officer located the male, who was asleep in the roadway. After waking the male up, Officer found him to be intoxicated and transported him to his residence. David Adkins was cited for Disorderly Conduct.
9/4/2016	1:01 PM	Recovered/Found Property	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was flagged down by a passerby and advised of paraphernalia on the lot of the listed location. Upon arrival Officer located paraphernalia on the ground and disposed of it.	Shafley Plan Management Services
9/4/2016	1:05 PM	Domestic Dispute	North Ave.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival Officers made contact with the caller. Upon speaking with both parties he apologized and agreed to remain calm and she then left the residence to stay at a friend’s house.

8/22/2016	2:20 PM	Suspicious Person	West Main St.	Officers were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious male. Dispatch advised a male was seen behind the listed location and appeared to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs. Upon arrival Officers located and made contact with the male, who was sitting down reading a book who was neither intoxicated nor under the influence of drugs. 8/22/2016	3:40 PM	Telecom Harassment	South Jefferson Ave.	While sitting in the parking lot of the listed location, Officers were flagged down and advised of a telecom scam. The female stated someone keeps calling her claiming they are the IRS. She was advised it was a scam, and to not give them any money. Dispatch requested Officer make contact with the individual and have him contact the Deputy of the Union County Sheriff’s Office. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the individual and relayed the message.

8/22/2016	7:54 PM	DOC	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a dispute. Dispatch advised a male individual had an employee from the listed location call the police because someone was inside of the bathroom with his phone. Upon arrival, along with a Deputy of the Union County Sheriff’s Office, Officers were met outside by the male, who stated he had a CCW, and a firearm was on his hip. For Officer safety purposes, the male was detained. Just prior to Officers' arrival, he realized no one was inside of the restroom, and his phone was still on the sink. 8/22/2016	10:04 PM	Assist Other Agency	Plain City-Georgesville Rd.	Officer was requested by the Madison County Sheriff's Office to respond to the listed area in reference to an injury rollover crash silver Volkswagen. Upon arrival the vehicle was on its top in the tree line and the victim was out of the car. Officer assisted medic personnel from station 261 until the arrival of Madison County Deputies and assistance was no longer needed.
8/22/2016	11:42 AM	Suspicious Circumstances	Shepper Ave.	Officer was met on station by a male individual who advised that in the last two weeks he believes that an unknown person has been inside his residence. Officer advised the male to contact the Police Department in the future when these incidents occur.
8/23/2016	9:35 PM	Telecom Harassment	West Main St.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a telecommunications harassment complaint. Upon arrival, Officer met with the caller who advised that her ex-boyfriend has been calling and texting a co-worker trying to talk to her. She and her co-worker requested Officer make contact with the ex-boyfriend and advise him to stop calling. Officer made contact with the ex-boyfriend, via public service and advised him of the incident and he agreed to stop contacting the individuals and was advised of the possible consequences if his actions continued. 8/23/2016	8:00 AM	Recovered Stolen Vehicle	North Chillicothe St.	Officer was dispatched to the field on the listed location on the report of an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle, a black Ford F-150, was located just inside of our jurisdiction. The vehicle had been reported stolen out of Franklin County. The owner was contacted, but could not respond immediately, so the vehicle was towed to our impound lot.
8/23/2016	3:48 PM	Warrant - Misdemeanor	North Ave.	Officer observed Trevor Fillinger standing outside of the listed location. Having prior knowledge that Trevor had an entered warrant out of the Madison County Sheriff's Office for Failure to Appear. Trevor Fillinger was placed into custody without incident and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
8/23/2016	5:20 PM	Parking Complaint	East Main St.	Officer received a phone call at the police department and was requested to make contact with the business owner in reference to the parking. Officer made contact with the business and advised them of the complaint.
8/23/2016	7:08 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	West Bigelow Ave.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a canine that was locked in a red SUV. Upon arrival, Officer observed a large canine sitting on the front passenger seat. The canine abruptly got up and showed no signs of distress. 8/23/2016	9:08 PM	Animal Complaint - Other	Village Blvd.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a loose canine. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant. While speaking with the complainant, the pet owner was heard calling for her dog. She was reunited with her dog and was advised of the possible consequences if this were to continue.
8/24/2016	5:05 PM	Assist Other Agency	US Rt. 42 S	Officers responded to a two vehicle injury accident on the listed location. Upon arrival Officers checked both parties involved for injuries neither party reported any injuries. Ohio State Highway Patrol then arrived and Officers directed traffic until the scene was clear.
8/24/2016	6:38 PM	Miscellaneous - Unclassified	Foster St.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to questions concerning restitution. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the caller who stated that approximately one year earlier her dog had been killed by other dogs while she was in Virginia. She wanted to know what her legal options were. Officer advised that she would need to contact the agency where the incident occurred.
8/24/2016	12:01 PM	Domestic Dispute	Willowbend Cir.	Officer responded to listed location for a suspicious subject that was yelling out obscenities while walking down the roadway. Upon arrival Officer made contact with the male who advised that he had gotten into an argument with his mother and he was walking to a friend's house to calm down. Officer then made contact with the mother at her residence, who stated that her son was upset about an argument they had earlier in the day. She stated the dispute was strictly verbal. Officers determined everything checked okay.

Upon arrival spoke with the complainant who stated that her niece would not stop calling her phone. Both parties were advised not to have any further contact with the other.

8/26/2016	5:04 PM	Threatened Suicide	Fairfield Dr.	Officers responded to the listed location in reference to a suicide threat. Upon arrival Officers met with the female, who stated she did not want to live anymore. After speaking with her, she agreed to be transported to Dublin Methodist Hospital by Medic 261.
8/27/2016	1:47 AM	Suspicious Person/Vehicle	South Jefferson Ave.	Officer was flagged down by a passerby in reference to a suspicious vehicle/person at the listed location. The complainant advised that there was a pickup parked there and a subject was walking around the outside of it. Upon arrival, Officer observed a tan Ford Ranger parked by the front door and made contact with the driver and passenger. They advised the driver picked up the passenger from a friend's house and was taking him back home when the driver's contact fell out of his right eye and was forced to pull over. 8/27/2016	3:32 AM	Drunk	Alcott Dr.	Officer was on patrol and observed female individual walking on listed location. She advised she had been drinking, and left a friend’s house to walk home. Officer then transported the female to her residence, and warned her of the dangers and possible consequences if this were to happen again.
8/27/2016	11:00 AM	Disabled Vehicle	West Main St.	Officer responded to the listed location in reference to an overweight vehicle stuck in traffic. Upon arrival Officer observed a tractor trailer parked in the roadway at listed location. Officer then made contact with the driver, who stated that due to the event downtown she was unable to continue onto the only route she was permitted to take per ODOT. The vehicle was subsequently parked in that location to be moved the following day.

8/27/2016	9:30 PM	Unruly	Friend St.	Officer was met on station by a female individual and her son. She advised they were on the way home when the juvenile became extremely upset and started punching and kicking the windows, seats, and also his sister. Officers spoke with the juvenile and explained the importance of listening to his parents and controlling his behavior.	Plain City Police Department
8/28/2016	9:05 PM	Suspicious Person	Village Blvd.	Officer was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a suspicious person that had been at the listed location. Upon arrival Officer learned a male asked the cashier if he could exchange change for quarters because he needed to use the car wash. The caller stated the male seemed suspicious and gave her an uneasy feeling. Officer then escorted the employees out to their vehicle.	Lovejoy's Market / IGA
8/28/2016	1:30 PM	Other Dispute	South Chillicothe St.	Officer was flagged down and advised that a small back hoe was digging inside the Bicentennial Park on listed location. Upon arrival Officer made contact with involved individuals. After investigation they were advised to consult with Village Administrator and coordinate the work through the village. They were also advised to contact OOPS before resuming digging to avoid striking underground utilities.
