Breaking and Entering

Madison Way

Officers responded on a possible domestic violence incident between a male and female. It was reported that the male broke through the front door, started removing items and started a verbal argument with the female. Upon arrival, the officers learned the male fled the area on foot and a search was conducted. A short time later, Andrew Gonzalez, 22, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing Official Business. He also had a confirmed felony arrest warrant out of Madison County. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail. Possible felony charges pending prosecutor review.

Officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle with expired registration. Upon approach, the officer could smell an odor of alcohol emitting from the vehicle. After further investigation, Chantel Record, 23, of Marysville, was arrested and charged with OVI, OVI Super Concentration and Expired Tags. She submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in 0.222%. She was later released to a responsible party.
