31-Aug-23	7:33:00 PM	Drunk Driver	South Chillicothe St.	Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle with the rear bumper hanging off, the exhaust dragging on the ground and for squealing tires. Upon approach, officers detected the odor of marijuana and alcohol coming from the driver. After further investigation, Clinton Ross, 36, of Delaware, was arrested and charged with OVI and Possession of Marijuana. Traffic citations were issued for Unsafe Vehicle and Squealing tires, Peeling, Cracking Exhaust Noise. The vehicle was towed to the PCPD Impound Lot and Clinton was released to a responsibility party.
