After further investigation, Thomas Hines III, 18, of Gahanna, was arrested and charged with Underage Consumption, OVI and Super Concentration. He submitted to a BAC test, which resulted in 0.194%. He was released to a responsible party.
16-Feb-25	1:34:00 AM	Non-Injury Hitskip	Lafayette-Plain City Rd.	Officers responded on a report of a vehicle that went into a ditch and struck a utility pole and then left the scene. After further investigation, Nathan Meredith, 20, of Plain City, was issued citations for Failure to Control and Hit-Skip. The utility company responded to the scene to repair the pole.
