After further investigation, a male juvenile, 16, was charged with Obstruction and a Curfew violation. The driver, Jose Ayala Angel, 56, of Springfield, was issued a citation for No OL. The juvenile was transported back to his residence and his parents were notified.

Contact was made with the intoxicated male and he would not comply with the officers commands and continued arguing with them. Subsequently, Lorenzo McLaurin, 27, of Plain City, was arrested and charged with Persistent Disorderly Conduct and Open Container. He was transported to Tri-County Regional Jail.
