Subsequently, Devin Harry, 28, of Mechanicsburg, was arrested and charged with Theft, Breaking and Entering, Criminal Damaging and Open Container and Hali Layne, 27, of Delaware, was arrested and charged with Theft, Breaking and Entering and Criminal Damaging.
