Newkirk, 52 yoa of Galloway was arrested and  subsequently charged with OVI, No Seatbelt, Weaving and Open Container.

Brittany advised that she wanted to turn herself in on a warrant out of Franklin County Municipal Court.  The warrants were for Failure to Appear on Possession of Drug Instruments and Drug Paraphernalia. She was transported to Dublin and released to the Franklin County S.O.

Upon further investigation a 17yoa juvenile was cited for failure to control. A crash report was completed.
1/3/2014	12:52 PM	Juvenile	Central Ave.	On the above date and time, officers responded to the listed location in regards to a trespassing complaint involving juveniles. Contact was made with juveniles and parents.
1/5/2014	5:11 AM	Assist Other Agency	Cross St.	On the stated date and time an officer responded as backup for the Union County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a man with a gun. The caller advised that a man was outside of the listed location with a shotgun making threats. Upon arrival the officer assisted deputies and the individual was taken into custody without incident.
1/5/2014	3:19 PM	Trespasser	West Bigelow Ave.	On the stated date and time,  an officer observed a vehicle near the dumpster of the listed location with subjects removing three 55 gallon drums from the dumpster. Upon further investigation it was determined the parties did not have permission to be on the property or remove the drums. The property owner did not wish to pursue with charges at this time and the suspects were advised they were not permitted on the property.

Farmer, 22yoa of Plain City. Upon further investigation it was discovered that she had an entered warrant for Theft from the Madison County Municipal Court. She was placed into custody and transported to the Tri-County Regional Jail.
